Helpful, friendly staff; excellent breakfast; luxurious bed and comfortable room

Pool was closed due to issues not resolved during our stay; no grounds to enjoy; odd, unpleasant smell in hallways

When we pulled up, the pool was completely empty. We picked this place because it had a pool so that was pretty disappointing.

Excellent full breakfast included with the room. I liked the use of paper cups, rather than styrafome, for coffee. The room was spacious and able to accommodate 5. Backlit mirror in bathroom was nice. Beds were very comfortable with two pillows provided for each person, one soft and one firm.

Would like organic sugar option for coffee.

The hotel was very clean and a positive vibe once walking in, the desk clerk was so nice and very knowledgeable of the area, the rooms were a perfect size and extremely clean. We loved the Dove products in the restroom!! The breakfast had a very large selections and all the workers were so friendly.

Only issue we had was the pool turning green the night we stayed but management had someone out ASAP to work on it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was hot and tasty.

Staff shortage was apparent. Housekeeping was pushed to the limit along with other staff. They did the very best they could do. Need more help here.

Lighting in bathrooms was horrible. Water pressure in shower was horrible. I understand there may be water conservation efforts in place, but you're not conserving water if you have to spend an extra 15 minutes in there, rinsing off.

Our room dirty sheets were soiled. Most discussed room ever. Maid need to get fired. Front clerk was very pleasant.
