Abbiamo trovato cordialità e disponibilità fin dal momento della prenotazione da parte di Hotel Rolly avendo richiesto un lettino per la piccola (16 mesi) e la possibilità di portare il nostro Alaskan Malamute con noi, che gentilmente sono stati accettati e anzi ci hanno offerto gratuitamente un up grade della camera in modo d avere più spazio con il cane 😊 in struttura poi molto disponibili per qualsiasi cosa o domanda.
La camera accogliente con un arredamento moderno e tutto ordinato e pulito, ottimo anche la presenza del balcone per la nostra Lady che ha apprezzato 🐕
Colazione bene fornita di dolci e salato frutta macchina per espresso ecc..
Ottimo anche come localizzazione, a 5 min dal centro di Riva e a 5 min dalle cascate del Varone.
Siamo stati davvero bene e se avremmo occasione sicuramente torneremo 😊
Nulla, se proprio devo trovare un piccolo neo ho trovato il phone della camera un po’ scomodo avrei apprezzato un phone classico.

Was scared because of the one star but there was no reason for it. Such a nice place and people were also so friendly and nice. I hope one day I can visit them again.

Nice, family run hotel with a really good restaurant. It's well located, with around 20-minutes walk to the city center, there is also a free parking available.
Noise isolation between rooms is very poor, expecially when it comes to sounds from bathrooms (showers etc.).

The hotel was nicely updated. Comfortable bed, clean, with a nice set of towels. One of our rooms had a photo of lake Garda behind the shower, which illuminated with the bathroom light. That was clever and fun. We also enjoyed the restaurant, they offer delicious food.
A small elevator to bring suitcases up to higher floors would be nice.

Amazing structure, managed by the womans of a family. I was impressed to see the generations working together and making all the services so amazing. The hotel was very nice, beautiful and organized. Breakfast had all we needed and tasted so good. Position was good, we had parking place, all quiet and good view. Staff was very friendly the whole time! I can only recomend it.

We've been here for the second year in a row and it never disappoints. The rooms are cozy, and with the recent renovation some of the first floor ones have an amazing huge terrace overlooking the vineyard and the Alps. The hotel's restaurant is a tasty extra gem that makes it even more special. The staff makes you feel like home, always trying to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.

Everything! Location is picturesque. Hotel is clean and very very well kept. Staff were amazing and breakfast was great. There is also a good restaurant at ground floor level. We didn't get the opportunity to try it but it was packed every day. Great stay for anyone who is traveling with friends, as a couple or a family. Rooms had a wonderful huge terrace with 360 mountain views.

Good location, free parking, clean. Very nice view from the balcony. A busy and good restaurant downstairs.
A downside was that our room was above the restaurant kitchen, so smells can get intense in the evening. Also the restaurant works until 01:00-01:30 am., they tidy it up after closing, so it is hard to get a good nights sleep when there is banging of the trash bins and doors, even though we had fully closed the window and the outside blinds, and because of that it got very hot inside and you can not manually set up air conditioning.

Lovely cozy little stay in the backyards of Riva, surrounded by a vineyard. It has a great restaurant which attracts a lot of locals as well, so it's better to book in advance. The staff is extremely helpful and the rooms are quite new. You can definitely feel the German top-notch hospitality, this area feels already more German than Italian.
