ロケーションがとてもよかったです。朝日も夕焼けもキレイにみることができます。毎週金曜のビーチから上がる花火がビルの隙間から見ることができました。 台所の設備も整っておりミキサーでスムージーを作ったり、大きなオーブンでアメリカサイズのピザを焼いたり、炊飯器で米を炊いたり、自炊が楽しくなるキッチンでした。だいたいのものは揃っていますが、お箸やザルはありませんでした。 設備は古いですが大事に手入れされている印象を受けました。 現地の食材でのんびり自炊を楽しみながら暮らすように過ごせる素敵な部屋でした。また機会があれば泊まってみたいです。

寝室からエレベーターの音がすごく響いていて気になりました。壁が薄いのかもしれないです。 たくさんタオルは用意していただいてましたが、いくつかシミのついているタオルがあるのが気になりました。 エレベーターが3機中1機使えなかったです。チェックアウトの時間帯になると大勢の人がエレベーターを使うからかいくら待っても来なくて焦りました。

The view was spectacular. The decor was nice.

The air conditioning was inadequate during the day. I would suggest blackout curtains to use during the heat of the day. For the price, we expected higher end amenities and attention to detail. for example, the soap dispenser in the bathroom had soap, but the pump didn’t work. There is a small, hotel-like coffee maker-for an apartment that sleeps 5 easily. After staying at many vacation rentals, we were surprised that the amenities (shampoo, paper towels, etc) seemed to be stocked “on the cheap”. Parking was handy, well lit and safe.

I only liked it for the view and location.

The room looked oldish like the paint was coming off the walls and corners. The toilets flushed very weak and the iron supplied was very old and rusty. Also the floors were not swept or mopped I saw a lot of dust and dirt plus the furniture was cheap and some of it was broken like the chairs when we got there. The whole building was oldish like the elevators to the penthouse were old and noisy and the parking garage is very small and doesn’t have height clearance so our truck couldn’t be parked inside or else it would scrape the top.

The location had great lighting and I loved the washer and dryer Feature. I also loved that the host provided us with beach items and a lot of towels as well as toilet paper. The hosts answered any questions I had and were super understanding with check in, check out and any problems we had.

The master room had a queen bed that was not actually a queen bed but two twin beds put together. The drain in the master room smelled very bad once the shower began to run. My husband had to go out and buy a drain cleaner to try to get some of the smell out. The additional room's bathroom door hinge kept falling off making it hard to open and close the door. Maintenance went to fix it but advised it could happen again due to the placement of the back hinge. Two days later the door fell off the hinge again. I called Maintenance to have them fix it. They said they were backed up and would get to us as soon as they could. They never came for the rest of our stay so we struggled with the door. On the last day our water in the sink completely shut off.

Breakfast was average

The property was dated, the sofa bed was horrible, the mattress is old and provides no support or comfort, all you feel is the springs and really need to be replaced. The room should have had a bathroom in an accessible area and not having to go through the bedroom to get to one.
