nice,by the way sauna works not well

The location is superb, especially for traveling during the cold seasons: main attractions are nearby, many restaurants around, and an excellent view from the balcony on the Odessa City garden. The apartment is nice and spacious with lots of light and all the basic amenities, plenty of closet space. The Wi-Fi was working well, we only had an issue one day, but it was fixed by the provider within a couple of hours. The check-in was very quick, and it was also possible to request a late checkout. Good value for money.

You need to be quite precise with the check-in time as there would be a person waiting for you to hand you over the keys (no lockbox or anything like that). These apartments might not be the best choice for the elderly or people with walking difficulties as the building is quite old and you have to walk to the second floor (no elevator). The intercom does not ring, it only blinks, and I always had to ask the delivery drivers to call me by phone so that I could open the door for them, or wait by the intercom until it starts blinking. As it states in the description, the cleaning takes place just once per week. However, apparently, they only provide free cleaning if you booked a multiple of 7 days. So, in my 12-night stay, I was only eligible for one free cleaning, even though it's almost two weeks. If I knew, when requesting cleaning 3-days in, that this is the only “included” option, I would ask for it halfway through instead. The air conditioner remotes were missing. The quality of the bedsheets isn't the best. Not a big thing, but since they're no smart TVs in the apartment, I'd appreciate an HDMI cable. Lastly, you can only pay by cash, which is very inconvenient.

The apartment is located in very nice place.. you can walk every places by walk.. so near everywhere in Odessa.. if ı come Odessa again will choose City garden.. also thanks for everyone ☺️🙂

Room was should be little bigger but enough for 2 people for a week. İt is not big deal..

Everything is just perfect! Everything is logical, no questions about what to find where! Very clean and stuff is very nice and professional! Location is perfect! No cars on weekends, so better sleep)

Everything was perfect

Very comfortable, clean room. Everything as promised. Good conditioning, nice bed, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine.

Somewhat noisy at night on the weekends but that was expected as it is a city center.

Perfect location. Right in the center, but no disturbances. Lot of restaurants around, all the main attractions within the center on walking distance.
