The location! It's directly on the beach, half the rooms facing the sea and the east, which means you can watch the sunrise over the Black Sea from your bed. It's a beautiful place and you cannot overestimate the comfort of having your own room, shower and toilet just few meters from you. Their wifi even covers the beach. Odessa's city center is also close enough to walk there and back in the evening. Breakfast is served in a café some 20m down the road and you can choose from 9 meals. The rooms were in good shape and very clean and the staff always friendly and supportive.

The walls are thin. So when there's a party going on in a nearby restaurant, it's better to be on the guest list.

Super comfortable bed, everything is incredibly clean. Towels are super soft, I am thinking now where to get like that to home 😁 Location is just right next to the beach and a few restaurants.design of room is very neat. 10/10 for sure.

Uber or Bolt taxis do not pick up at this hotel, closest pickup point requires to walk, but they drop off right at the entrance (only pick up is weird in those apps). However, taxi 838 and uklon can pick up right at the entrance. Hotel has an agreement with the private beach bed renters, that it's free for hotel visitors. You have to get a small piece of paper from the reception to hand them over, so they let you stay. Once I went without it and beachboy was incredibly rude to me and didn't let me seat there even if I showed him booking in the app. Not a hotel's fault because beach rentals are not their employees but you have to be prepared to have that paper with you if you don't want to go through stress.

The view from the room is magnificent, I could feel the sea. Irina from the reception was very kind and helpful.

In the pictures posted by the hotel on Booking's site it looks like private beach, in reality it's a public one, overcrowded all day. The room is very small with poorly isolated bathroom which really makes you feel very uncomfortable. Noise isolation is also very poor. The other lady from the reception was rude. No bottles of water in the room.

If in the next room people will watch TV - you will hear it, if they will just wash the hands - you will hear, if they will get up at 07:00 and just speak to each other - you will hear it and same they will hear you. Due to this i didn't feel that I have private room, so staying was uncomfortable.

The hotel has a nice cat living in the lobby.

The hotel is located right on the beach next to several nightclubs, which play extremely loud music most of the night. So, if you have any plans for sleep at night, I wouldn't recommend you staying there. We wanted to complain about the noise to the hotel staff, but there was no one at the reception desk in the nighttime.

Iryna at the reception is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel is overlooking a beach where the hotel guests get a sunbed and towel for free. Not the best beach in Odessa but more comfy beach clubs are within walking distance or a short taxi ride.

The staff was exceptionally welcoming and they let me leave my stuff after the check-out to be able to enjoy strolling around the city without heavy bags. Despite loud music outside playing from dusk till dawn, it was easy to fall asleep with windows closed and sleep peacefully.

I wish you put electric kettles, and/or coffee machine in the rooms themselves, not only in the hall.

I never saw such nice and helpfull stuff on recrption.Girl who was working 24h and didnt sleep , woke up 2.00 am specially to call safe taxi for me and even when i found out i don' t have enough cash for it she give it to me from her own pocket. Everything was just perfect in this hotel!
