Elégant et spacieux d'une chambre pour quatre personnes, situé dans un bâtiment des années 30 équipé de deux ascenseurs et donnant sur une rue bordée d'arbres sans circulation, ce qui garantit la tranquillité et de détente en dépit de son emplacement central dans la quartier cosmopolite et touristique une minute de Queensway Queensway Metro.

La propriété est également à seulement 100 mètres de Hyde Park et de Kensington Palace, situé dans le parc, la résidence de la princesse Diana passé et maintenant la résidence des ducs de Cambridge, William et Kate.

We’ve just arrived back in Australia from our first UK holiday; which included spending 12 days at Rafael’s apartment. We enjoyed our time in London staying at Rafael’s apartment so much that we’re already planning a return trip! The apartment could not have been more perfect and Rafael was so incredibly helpful from our very first contact. He responded very quickly to any questions we had and provided us with all the information we needed to make us feel very welcome and comfortable. The apartment was wonderful. Spotlessly clean, beautifully appointed and peaceful too. We loved the abundance of natural light, the super comfortable bed and other conveniences such as the washing machine and full kitchen. The location is brilliant too. So close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, underground stations and buses…it’s all on your doorstep. Not to mention only being a few metres away from Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park where we enjoyed many long walks. We’ve fallen in love with London and we will return one day. And there’s no other place we would want to stay. Thank you again Rafael. Your support and assistance in the lead up to and during our stay was very much appreciated.

The flat was immaculate and attractively furnished, with a beautiful view. We loved the bustling, multi-ethnic locale of Queensway Street, and the close proximity to Hyde Park for evening strolls. With the help of Google map directions, we easily navigated to various parts of the city via the local bus and tube connections. Host Rafael is a consummate professional, engaging and anxious before and during the visit to make sure guests are happy. We hope to return soon.

This apartment was in an amazing location, half a block from Hyde Park and on a street with about 1 million restaurants. It was right in between two different tube stations so you could get anywhere quickly.

After a long day, the apartment is literally a few steps from the entrance to the 2 main underground lines. Which was welcome and super convenient. Being next to vast green spaces meant that we were often able to walk to our destination, in the quiet and traffic-noise free spaces of the central interconnected parks (Kensington Gardens, Hyde And Green Park). For us, London was quiet and green. Apt. was clean and quiet in a real neighborhood within walking distance of a Waitrose grocery. Easy, positive communications with host who showed us kindness when we needed it. Recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Princess Ct. The flat was clean, check out and check in was easy. The location was great: close to the underground, lots of food options nearby, groceries nearby. Rafael made the whole experience easy. It made our visit to London very comfortable. Thank you!

The manager, Rafael was quick with response time and did answer all our questions prior to and during our stay. He also did see to 'fixing' the tv within a reasonable time frame. No Netflix as advertise. However, this stay was NOT comparable to the listing I initially booked. I was told by Rafael that it was and we were very disappointed with the state of the washroom and entrance hallway and other items in this stay. The building and mostly the apartment itself are VERY TIRED and worn down. The washroom is SUBSTANDARD and does NOT look anything like the 'contemporary' apartment initially listed. I took many photos of the apartment at the start and at the end of our time there. I would share them with you for clarity if required. There is mold in the bathroom and cracks in the tiles, chipped paint etc. Definitely, NOT what is being sold on the website. Good features: Great location, good size apartment, kitchen is small but adequate.

This was our fifth rental (first on VRBO). The good: Location - Convenient to tube stops, restaurants and markets. Off the main street so street noise muted. Hyde Park a few steps away. Washer/dryer worked perfectly. Security seemed good. The bad - No helpful check-in. Landlord was out of country so his Assistant (later identified as the cleaning woman) met us and showed us almost nothing about the unit. She was in a hurry to leave. Television needed to be reprogrammed (it could only get three stations) and the remote replaced, the process taking four days. The "Assistant" had the television running when we arrived so should known of the issues. Matter resolved when chance meeting occurred with the person sent to review the problem was leaving the building when we entered (he lacked one of the keys to the unit so couldn't enter without us). The bedroom wall length shelf was pulling away from the wall. We were told it would be repaired but never was. Extensive mold around the shower/tub, oven and stove top not plugged in. Window in the bedroom could not be opened so ventilation in that room inadequate. The building itself was noisy with slamming doors and some work done in other units. This was a substitute unit as the one selected was taken off the rental market one month before delivery so seemed not properly vetted or prepared (an assumption).
