Friendly helpful staff, breakfast was great, room comfortable

Room furniture worn and couch had burn marks, lack of easily accessible information regarding pool and breakfast hours, dinner options. QR codes didn’t give great information. Dining QR code only shoes a very limited room service menu. No way to find out what hotel dinners offered.

They said we where to loud when there were 7 kids in it and try to make us evacuate the building until we talk to the front desk workers

The breakfast was fabulous. The food could be cooked to order. The food that was previously cooked food was hot and very tasty. There was plenty o seating, and the staff members were friendly and helpful. Also we made use of the hotel’s van service where we found the drive was also friendly and helpful. We were dropped of and picked up right at the door of the venue! Wonderful!

We were disappointed with this hotel. The chairs and sofa in our room were dirty and stained. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the toilet and hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned. There was no toilet paper in the holder. There was a tissue stuffed into the peep hole in the door. Two of the elevators broke down and it took over 20 minutes to get down to the ground floor in the one remaining elevator. The breakfast was overly crowded. There was no outlet near the TV for electronics. Also, the hotel is on the same property as a large mall, which we did not appreciate prior to our stay.

They did not make up the room. Asked that they do, and they just brought new towels and duped them in the living area. Next day, same thing. Even though I complained, it went in one ear, out the other. Terrible. Stayed there three nights and it was the same every day. Asked for the manager, still waiting for them to contact me.

There were 2 things that stand out. 1. The idea of breakfast included and a Happy Hour are great, but they often ran out of food, it was often packed well beyond capacity with no where to sit so we had to go back to our room. The selection of food items at the happy hour were rather bleak. To remedy the problem extend the hours for both breakfast and the Happy Hour by an hour so it lessens the throng of people trying to get served and allows for people to come and go more evenly giving people places to sit and relax and relax, not feel like they are on a reality eat or get eaten reality show. And REPLACE the food items if they are gone. don't "run out" when it is advertised. 2. It is rather expensive for what you get. As mentioned above I was willing to try with breakfast and happy hour included but since these were both VERY disappointing I would not stay here at that price again.

We came to Syracuse for a college tour at Syracuse University but got into town too early so we requested early check in. It rained a lot that morning we were tired after 4 hours of driving but were prepared to wait in the car until a room was ready. not only did we get a chance for early check in but the very nice reception staff insisted that we have a seat in the lobby until our room was ready. she said, ' don't go out in the rain, sit here and take a load off'. I was so grateful for this kind woman who give us each a bottle of water and told us to relax until the room was ready which took a few minutes. I cannot remember her name but i can sure remember her kind smile and effort. Thank you so much.

One Elevator was not working - it was a wait

The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

I had put in a request 3 times for extra pillows and toilet paper and it was not delivered until 10 pm and it was 2 pillows and 3 towels when it came. I had to ask for toilet paper a 4th time.

The staff was very friendly & helpful, the breakfast was amazing & the room was the best I've ever booked. This was a great birthday treat for myself & my sister.

The only thing that was annoying was the bathroom door was a little warped & scraped the floor loudly.
