The property was centrally located. Local transportation to any destinations you wanted to go to room service was excellent. Carlos who worked room service did five star service. The best part of all of it was the convenience of being able to do whatever you needed to do for work!

For my purpose, the location was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and functional. The bed was very comfortable. Facing the rear it was very quiet at night. I would recommend asking for a room above the 6th floor for a better view and facing the rear for quietness at night

The plumbing is a little dated. It took a long time for the water to be warm enough to take a shower. That is a lot of wasted water

Rooms need renovations and AC was not working at all. Is not well maintained. For sure we will not come back!

Staff was kind, front desk was helpful and the location was great.

The elevator had many issues, it was even a bit scary to use it. The rooms are so small, and the bathroom space is incredibly tiny, it was so uncomfortable, also we had to ask for dry towels and wait long for them. There are barely any vegetarian options for breakfast. Lastly, we couldn't use the pool because it was filled with freezing water, perhaps they should reconsider even offering the service in their description if they can't change the water temperature. The hotel night rate isn't cheap, I was expecting more for my money.

Hotel Stadium property is very clean and well kept. definitely we’ll stay again. located in the center of Leon, GTO. definitely work your money.

THE LOCATION

1. The restroom was not working, i couldn't use the toilet since the water wouldn't flush. This created a horrible smell inside the room, when i called staff they didn't fix fast enough i had to go down to the first floor to use the toilet several times. Staff did little to nothing in order to make it up, not even an apology. I asked for some type of compensation and staff in front desk was hesitant and looked at me badly, i didn't bother to double asked since he stated he couldn't do anything. I was planning to extend my stay one more night and was hoping they would give me a discount on the rate, they didn't... i am now waiting in the lobby to take a cab to go across the street to the Hampton inn suites to stay one more night. I know things do not always go as planned with businesses but when situations like these occur i do expect the business to take ownership and provide some type of compensation, i also spent about $5,000 pesos in 2 nights at the SKY restaurant, spent a-lot of money in two days so i did definitely expected some type of compensation. I hope i can come back in the future to better service but for now i will be taking my business across the street until some type of compensations arises, at least an apology. i spent a pretty penny and felt like the hotel does not value that.
