Das Hotel eignet sich super, um Washington zu erkunden. Es ist in einer ruhigen, ordentlichen Gegend gelegen, die große Straße hört man nicht, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind 5min zu Fuß entfernt. Das Frühstück ist mit Waffeln, Rührei, Speck, Toast, Obstssalat gut. Jede halbe Stunde fährt ein kostenloser Shuttle zur Metro.

Eklige Flecken am Spiegel und eingetrocknete Flüssigkeiten im Kühlschrank geben Punktabzüge bei "Sauberkeit". Auch waren wir zu viert und bekamen immer nur 3 Handtücher, ..Kleinigkeiten...

Hotel impecable. Amplio, limpio y cómodo. Buen estacionamiento (de pago). El personal es muy servicial y atento. Silencioso. Camas y almohadas deliciosas.

No hablan español, lo que puede ser una barrera importante para pasajeros que no hablan el idioma. No fue una complicación para nosotros, pero el hotel está en la parte baja de una colina y para llegar a la zona de restaurantes o servicios hay que caminar en subida un trecho importante. El desayuno es simple, pero no por eso menos atractivo..Cumple.

Large suite room with sofa, real kitchenette, good HVAC, double size shower with glass doors, quiet and well-maintained. Spacious ground floor lobby featured various comfortable seating and eating spaces, combined with a breakfast area, and a separate counter served light meals for lunch and dinner. Meals were well-prepared, attractively presented, with fresh ingredients. The shuttle service was always quick and easy to use during our week stay. Staff was friendly and responsive. There is a good choice of restaurants on Wilson Blvd near North Quinn, an easy walk from hotel.

Location required use of the shuttle service to and from the Rosslyn Metro to get into DC. It’s a 15+/- minute walk, a long uphill on Key Blvd and a short downhill on North Quinn. The bathroom fan was on a motion sensor and would start up unnecessarily, even from motion outside the room.

The staff were top notch. The bartender and front desk staff were so friendly and working very hard to make sure everything was great. Room was great as was the atmosphere!

beautiful room, clean linen, comfy bed, friendly and attentive staffs, nice neighboorhood with eateries and convenience stores and the shuttle bus, which took me to, and picked me up from everywhere within the one mile radius of the hotel.

If I have to complaIn, 13 min. walk from the hotel but was completly offsetted by the shuttle bus. so no complaint at all!

Elevators were fast, that’s about it.

1. Outsourced the phone number to off site receptionist. Didn’t even know what hotel I was asking about when I called 2. Parking situation was poorly communicated, was left unsure how it would work during the stay. 3. Upon arrival to the room I stayed in, I found toe nails on the couch, beard trimmings on the bathroom hand towels, and the sink was clearly not cleaned. 4. During the night, the TV turned on randomly, and the bathroom fan kept sputtering which made sleeping difficult.

Some staff such as Bru was amazing, she was very friendly and helpful and made my stay very comfortable during the whole stay. I am glad she works there as she changed my narrative of how people may be especially being the first time to travel to USA.

however one of the staff (Abdul) the day I checked in was very rude, unwelcoming and not considering how tired I was the flight of almost 16 hours, matter of fact he over charge me for the room and I had to do two transactions just because he was being difficult to understand me, I ended up overpaying my room as he threatened me he would not allow me to check in, had to call my BOSS in Namibia to explain why I was there and the purpose of my situation, currently I am facing issues to have my money send back to my account. And because of Bru she happened to assist the matter the moment I left to my country, she made it great and resolved most of my issue I still have an outstanding balance due to me as we speak.

Very safe! Had to use room key to get in the parking deck, the elevator and the room. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.

the garage parking was easy and convenient. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room was very comfortable and roomy. The bead was nice and soft and the pillows were perfect!

Breakfast is very good. Location is closed to supermarket. It is convenient to have utensil, pans and pots in the kitchen. Clean and comfortable. Free shuttle to subway is also very nice.

The fact that the metro station was easily accessible.

1- The housekeeping was not done at all in the three days we stayed at this room. Even for just furnishing soap, toilet paper or towels. Had to go get those things myself. When asked at the reception they said that we had to put the tag outside our door, but we did not have a certain tag at our room (just the do not disturb). And the staff at the reception was not worried at all even when I told about my disappointment in this regard. 2- The couch that was supposed to accomodate two persons was not prepared as a bed. Had to do it ourselves with sheets we found in a zip-bag in the closet. The sheets were put in a messy style and not ironed at all which did not give us the feeling of using clean sheets. 3- The staff did not give me the feeling of a warm welcome. They were ready to respond when asked for help but not that happy to assist you which I expect in this type of hotels. 4- In particular the shuttle service that the hotel had included to take guests at the metro station was served by not an appointed driver but whoever was free at the time from the staff. They had fixed times every half hour, and did not accomodate in other times even if there were many guests waiting outside. If asked for service outside the h:00 or h:30 the response was very cold about the fixed rule. Of all the drivers only one was the exception that had always a smile and took us with pleasure even further than the metro station. The hotel must be proud of him.

The fact that the room was meant to accomodate 6 persons and 2 of them were supposed to sleep on a folding bed couch, which in turn was not prepared from the housekeeping but we had to do it ourselves having all the items put in a messy style in a zip bag. The sheets were not ironed at all and it looked like we had to arrange for sleeping like we were in camping.

Very clean and quiet

The mattress needs to be changed. I felt as if I were sleeping in a concavity, a big “depression” in the mattress, I could feel where the inner springs were located. Room was a bit dated. I stayed there as my father was being inurned at Arlington National cemetery in the morning. For as costly as the room was, parking should have been included.

Location is kind of boring, the rooms are grey and nondescriptive. OK for a 3* hotel, but it costs just like most 4* out there.
