The staff, rooms are great and nicely laid out, showers are spacious and have everything in them, and the beds are not too horrible. The staff is amazing!

Booked thru this site , terrible customer service ! No confirmation , no info on payment ! Book directly thru Marriott next time !!

No maid service until the third day after that every other day. Bed doesn’t get made, garbage piles up, towels are not replaced with clean ones.

The smell of the hotel and the cleanliness

My friends had to stay in my room almost until 5:00. We were exhausted after travel and had to wait for the type of room requested to be ready. We called and were told it would be available at 2:30. We had several senior citizens with us and this was a huge inconvenience as they were on walkers and canes.
