Clean,large, location

Ultimately, after a day of activity, we all want good rest! The mattresses ALL NEED REPLACEMENT! They are lumpy and caving in the center. It’s a shame that they did such a beautiful renovation in the rest of the home….they should have invested in mattresses. Great entertaining space, but until this is upgraded, not recommended.

Modern, tasteful decor. Plenty of space, place to store bikes, plenty of seating. Three bathrooms, room for the whole family. Concrete floor, which is great for Moab area, you know it's clean. Plenty of rugs throughout. Very comfortable.

One or two of the Mattresses are ready to be replaced. There were only 3 of us, so we just used a different one because there were 4 beds to choose from. Everything else was great.

Location is perfect right in Moab but still feels private. The place is fantastic, super roomy with high ceilings that make it feel so much larger. Everything is very clean and organized. Looking forward to staying here again.

No one in my group overly loved the beds and mine felt worn and sunken in. A lot of this can be marked up to the discomforts of traveling.

The location was far enough from the center of town to avoid the traffic caused by the construction and close enough to walk to town. It was very open and we stayed in both units which have us ample space. The kitchen was well equipped for our week there to eat in and cook. It was a very comfortable house.

It was very hard to find due to the construction on the main road and hard to figure out where it was located exactly. We had to call the help line and the rep was extremely helpful and got us there. The parking situation was a bit challenging since we had 3 cars. The lack of real doors to the bedrooms caused some noise control issues. The WiFi router was intermittent.

Amazing location and great open layout had everything you would need. Staying here really made our trip will definitely return

The people staying above us were incredibly loud, running around and blaring there Tv you can hear everything above you if you’re not spending a lot of time in the unit this is great if you are and you happen to be as unlucky as we were then possibly look else where

What a place!!!!! Great for group of 6 people ( 3 x double bed). Extra 2 beds for real travelers (sofa and single bed in kind of corridor between rooms). 3 bathrooms !!!!!. Washing machine with dryer. fantastic kitchen with big table; comfy sofa;close to city center; not far away from Arches NP entrance; you pick up a key from safety box by front door and you do not see an owner/ responsible person for all you stay if there is no need
