styling of the appartement and close to our event vanue

there was no wam water in the shower. located in an area where prostitution is executed on the street in front of the door. that did not feel very safe. the sofa was not made up as a bed even we booked for 4 people with only one bedroom. there was pubic hair on the sheets, that didn’t feel hygienic. after 1 night we moved down to app 2. there was warm water. the owner tried to help, the price is by far to high. The appartement is fine for a couple I guess.With more than 2 people, not enough privacy. bathroom is in the bedroom, quite disturbing if you need to use the toilet at night.

The location is convenient to several metro lines, buses, restaurants and grocery stores. It is not a "touristy location", but more a "Residential neighborhood". The apartment is generously sized, modern, clean and quiet.

We felt safe walking in the neighborhood, but did not appreciate the prostitutes hanging around the street and adjoining streets. Some of the local stores where a bit sleazy. The main north/south metro line is closed through the rest of 2018. It will be much easier to get around on the metro line when that reopens.
