Comfortable room and bed, good location for where I needed to be in NW Wichita, pool and gym seemed nice although I didn't have a chance to use either.

Housekeeping was very disappointing. It was supposed to be an automatic quick refresh every 2 days and a complete one every four days. Nothing happened on the 2nd or 3rd day and when I requested the complete refresh, all I got was fresh towels and emptied trash. Didn't get soap, toilet paper or coffee, all of which was clearly gone at that point and bed was left unmade. I'm normally easy going and not picky but this was just frustrating and clearly someone wasn't doing their job. Otherwise a decent stay.

Had requested a top floor 2 days prior to arrival and we’ve stayed there several times. 2nd floor room was noisy from room above did not get much sleep.

Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Kind and attentive staff. Delicious breakfast. Super comfy beds.

The property is updated with modern finishes and a very nice design. There are plenty of places to eat nearby which made for easy traveling.

The water pressure in the sink was very low

The person working the front desk overnight was awesome. He was extremely friendly and talkative every time I interacted with him!

I love the fact that the hotel was close to the university we visited the staff was nice and friendly and the breakfast was very good!

I didn’t like the fact that we had booked thru booking 2 weeks out and asked for adjoining rooms to find out we couldn’t get them even after I booked way in advance for them!! So I’m guessing the people that booked at the property gets first dibs at rooms versus people that book thru an online website like booking.com also on booking it shows check out at 12 but front desk just informed us checkout is at 11!! Someone needs to update these policies because it can be annoying!! Other than that the stay was wonderful

We were charged 2 times and the situation is still trying to be resolved. We paid in advance through Booking .com with PayPal and charged by PayPal. But the front desk required a credit card because they did not show it paid. Even though we had the email receipt proof. PayPal charged & my credit card charged. It still has not been resolved. We have stayed here a lot. So very disappointed In this happening. Someone owes me a refund. Card or PayPal or the motel

The staff was amazing, they upgraded our room at no charge to accommodate us with a first floor room/suite since my husband is currently using a scooter. They brought us extra bedding for the pull out sofa, so that our grandsons would be comfortable as well.

My grandsons said it was the best hotel they've ever stayed in, I don't really have any negatives.
