Great location.

There will several things with the room it smelled like it smells like mold and water damage I don't know if they had a leaky roof but it smelled gross. I definitely wouldn't stay there again just because you pay a low cost doesn't mean it's going to be a good place I don't recommend staying there.

Location is Great. Not far to walk to the beach. Lots of Restaurants and little shops within 5 minutes from this location.

Room was fair. I brought my own disinfectant and cleaning products. They came in handy. We've stayed other times and was very good. Still a good deal for the money!

Coffee machine didn't work, as the carafe didn't fit the machine, so the coffee wouldn't flow into the carafe from the filter. The microwave didn't work at all. Would start up, then shut off immediately. We had room number 5.

As soon as we got in our room, we checked things out including the heater.... which did not work. We did not have heat in the room. The lady at the front desk called the manager for help to get it fixed but nothing was done. We went out to dinner and she called us while we were at the restaurant and asked it anything had been done. We said no. That was it! No body called or came to the room to attempt to fix the heater. We were extremely cold in the room. (she did give us an extra comforter and was very nice and polite) The next morning, we called the manager because the office was not open at 8 like they said it would be. He said what do you need? we told him and he said "I will be there in 10 minutes".... well he was not... thirty minutes goes by and he shows up. He did give us a credit for the room$80 only and stated that he could not refund the taxes???? why not???

The location was perfect and price was great. Our room had a bath tub. The drain plug didnt work. But management was wonderful and fixed it for us. So we were able to use the bathtub for baths.

When booking the room you are giving a smoking or non smoking option. But it's not really an option. Non smoking only. I wanted Smoking. Also upon our arrive there was a altercation outside the room we booked, between a guest and the manager. The guest was intoxicated and attracted the manager. My boyfriend intervene and took a wooden pole away from the guest. Police were involved. Over all was not a good start to our stay.

The location is convenient for why I was there in Maine.

The sink in bathroom did not drain. The stopper did not work and would not open. There was no close or any way to hang up a coat or shirts.

The location is great. It’s close to everything. It has a nice outside pool and parking is right outside your door. The staff is friendly.

As soon as we walked in the room we were hit with a very strong aroma of the cleaning chemical smell. It was so strong we had to leave the door open for a while and turn the air on just to try to get it aired out. the bed is very much worn in and lumpy. you only get two pillows for a queen bed and they were very thin.

The location gives plenty access to a lot of places in town.

The couch was hard and the bed was small and uncomfortable.

The location was good, not too far from our planned activities.

More care should be taken cleaning, it wasn't filthy but you could see built up dirt and debris in spots and corners of the bathroom.

Location is good. Short drive to the beach. Good restaurants nearby. Quick access to the turnpike. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Would stay again.

Could use more pillows.

WiFi was bad out back

The microwave was rusty and scary did not want to even use it. They did replace it once we complained the refrigerator was falling apart and leaking initially no heat but the remedy thatThe air conditioner only worked fairly well and was noisy. when they sent the maintenance man over he informed us that he was off work and did not appreciate that we were calling for help. it had a small porch and there was a big gap in the screen door allowing bugs to come in. There were wires hanging off the TV down to the floor which could be dangerous for children and pets. ants in kitchen We have stayed there for 30 years on and off and never had this experience. At this point would not go back and would not recommend. honestly we would like a refund or some money back but I know it’s not your fault per se. if something could be done please let us know.This is the first time we tried Booking.com so I don’t know the procedures for compensation.

The staff is very professional and friendly. The room was cheaper than most places. But the sheets were dirty, the toilet clogged, the plunger fell apart. The water from shower goes right through the curtain, the state pays for people to live there, there’s sheets hanging as blinds in front windows, etc.

Kitchen was so crowded it was barely usable

First room was disguisting....none of the windows opened....coffee pot was very dirty...room stunk very bad and all we could smell was marijuana...they gave us a different room .....which still wasnt the greatest..still very dirty but better as we did are own cleaning..we still were surrounded by marijuana the whole time ....also this is not just a hotel as they house people there ....which use ameneties after us as customers are told not too....wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anyone......we almost ate $600.00 but we had no choice
