Clean, comfortable, affordable!

The hot tub and pool were not in service. We were not made aware of that while booking a room on line. We found out upon arrival.

Staff was so rude. The whole place was filthy dirty!

Location was great, staff was welcoming.

The property is pretty tired, there was a Qtip on the carpet and crumbs under the desk so cleaning not good.

The front desk person was unfriendly and unhelpful. I soda machine was stuck and was making a lot of noise right next to our room. When I asked if he could do something about it he said no and if I don't like it I should Leave. This is the worst treatment I ever received from a front desk person throughout of my travels.

Friendly staff. Helpful when the TV/remote didn't work - they fixed it. Gave us a later check out when we asked for it. Breakfast was sufficient. Coffee was very good.

Ice machine started beeping at 5 AM and no one could do anything about it. Kind of annoying. Location was a bit noisy, but expected on the highway.

The price was good for what you got.

Shower didn't drain, complained to staff and he was extremely rude and unhelpful (John). Place was not very clean. Pool and hot tub were closed. This was not disclosed when I booked my nonrefundable reservation. Very disappointed.

I did not stay we booked for the pool then found out it was closed no employee around smelled and all around disappointed

It was all great. We did not utilize the pool or hot tub as we got a room with it’s own hot tub.

quick on and off freeway and near dinner options. I loved using the pool and hot tub after 12 hours driving! staff was friendly and available.

it wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped- not really dirty, but I felt I wanted to be careful. my bed was harder than at other americinn locations.

Biscuits and gravy was good no meat was not. No fruit. Personnel was great.

The breakfast was excellent! The big negative was the bathroom. The bathtub was old snd the floor of the tub looked awful! The shower was difficult to shut on and off. The sink was cracked. The beds were good however.

Large parking lot (dragging a trailer) clean and quiet, very little outside noise for being close to the freeway exceptional

Breakfast area attendant wasn't pleasant hard to get a word out of. Was he from California?
