The apartment is lovely - spacious, modern and clean. We had everything we needed and Serghei was an incredible "host". We had delayed flights and only arrived at 3am - he opened up, provided advice etc over WhatsApp with no complaints.
The little playground outside was nice for the kids & there's a great bakery around the corner where you can get your fill on Moldovian baked goods!
Parking was a real pain but I think it might just be a local problem. We sometimes had to drive around the neighbourhood for 30min in hope of someone leaving so we could get a free slot.
Additionally, if you're not from the The region the immediate neighbourhood looks a bit "rough" on arrival but people are great and we didn't feel unsafe at any point (we're from South Africa originally so we have experience).

Very good equipped apartment in a secured area. Perfect location, just 15 min. walk to main square. i would choose for a second time.
I would recommend to improve the communication. There was no one at the location who spoke English. Only via WhatsApp I could speak English with someone.

Apartment is like upscale hotel room at 1/3 the price. Everything absolutely new, large two rooms, fully appointed kitchen, full amenities, nice bedroom, a lot of windows and light, good secure entrance, nice elevators, good host, fast response, no noise, secure yard, close to center.
Nothing not to like, strongly recommend.

It was a big and modern apartment. I enjoyed it a lot. There is an indoor balcony where you could see the view of the city. Also, it is a secure place and so I felt safe. It was also very quiet. There is an elevator and so if you have lots of baggage, then getting to the apartment will not be a problem. There are some shops and restaurants nearby and the main street is short walking distance where you could easily get a taxi.
Communication with host was okay. It could have been more responsive at times, but I always got a response. It is essential to have WhatsApp for communication. Also, the shower head did not work on the first night, but the host came immediately to fix it in the middle of the night. There is a little bit of a language barrier and so if you cannot speak basic or write basic Russian, then you may have difficulties communicating with the host.

We rented three apartments, all renovated with a high and exclusive standard, great AC and everything we needed. Walking distance everywhere in the city centre. Our host Serghei was very friendly and communicative and provided us with plenty of great recommendations that we enjoyed during our stay in Chisinau. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.
