Extremely clean and pet friendly. I have bad allergies to some dogs, but I requested a super clean ahead of time and the room was immaculate

The front desk staff and concierge were great.
The room was tired looking, dirty floors (our socks got filthy) and it needed a deep clean. There was spilled coffee under a chair that was obviously very old and even blood on the side of the mattress protector. The mirrors were smeared and there were long black hairs in the shower. When I asked if the breakfast buffet was to be replenished at 9 am I was told that they could put one or two croissants in an oven but it would take 20 minutes. The cheese was wet and stuck to the serving plate - really not very appetising.

Hotel smelled really good from the moment we walked in. Great location for walking around Portland. Hotel bar was very nice too. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location - easy walking to waterfront shops, restaurants, etc. Special recognition to Dayton at the front desk who was such a sweetheart.

The bathroom. The glass doors have zero privacy. And the shower leaked all over the floor.

Clean and new. The location was great.
The bar only stayed open until 9:30, not 11:30 as I had read in reviews. I believe I got several additional charges- for what, I’m not sure.

No shuttle service before 3pm.
Not all members of the front desk team were always friendly and polite. This is the only thing that would give me pause in staying here again.

I liked the modern look to the room. No rugs! The bathroom/shower was nice.
I would have liked the hotel to have had a more extensive menu. The bed was very uncomfortable. The bedding was scratchy. The toilet paper holder was broken. The shower had large bottles of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner bottle was completely empty. I did not realize until I was in the shower. I didn’t realize they only provide maid service every other day. This meant that my room was not cleaned because of the timing of my stay.

The hotel was in a good location, close enough to downtown. The rooms were newer and had a more modern feel to them. The size of the room had plenty of space, which was a good surprise.
The elevator was kinda in a strange location, which caused a slight pause when leaving the room. The floors are not carpeted, which showed some dust and hair.

no bikes for guests, unlike other hotels; fit and finish was cheap - door in the shower broken; suite was large but space poorly utilised; body wash not refilled by housekeeping, location isn’t great for tourists as there isn’t much nearby; breakfast isn’t good.

Parking options and costs should have been better communicated when booking! Surprised that our only choices were $35 for valet or $0 street parking!!

bed was very hard and pillows not good quality, did not sleep well the first couple of nights. The shower head was so dirty I had to ask for it to be cleaned
