Hele fijne locatie, zo’n 5 minuutjes lopen naar de restaurants. Kamers zijn ruim. Personeel is super vriendelijk, vragen naar wat je plannen zijn en helpen indien nodig met het regelen van een taxi (of houden de bus voor je aan).

Wat een heerlijke plek was dit!!! Prachtig uitzicht op de Lion rock, lekkere grote kamer, fijn zwembad, heerlijk ontbijt en supervriendelijk personeel. Ze hebben voor ons vervoer en safari geregeld voor een prima prijs. Aanrader om dat via het hotel te regelen. Goed en goede prijs. Hotel ligt ook op loopafstand van gezellige eettentjes en koffiebarretjes. Dankjewel Dhananjaya en collega's voor het heerlijke verblijf!!!

Very nice hotel in Sigiriya, with a pool that has maybe the best view we have seen in a hotel in Sri Lanka so far. Rooms are big with great table space to put your stuff on. Bed was huge as well and very comfortable, good AC. Staff was very kind, accommodating, helpful and gave us very good advice for transports. Swimming pool is just perfect, big, clean and with an incredible view. Breakfast as well was very good and timing of it was arranged depending on each guests’ need. Location was again perfect as it is walking distance (10min maximum) from the center of the village and 20-25min from the Lion’s rock (but it is not recommended to walk there because of wild animals crossing the road ;)) I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Très bon emplacement, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient spacieuses et très propre. Les hôtes ont été très gentils et très arrangeants avec nous. Le cadre est incroyable.

The swimming pool and the view from the room is an absolute delight. Totally loved it and would definitely recommend.

La camera è ampia e con una vista pazzesca sulla Lyon rock. La piscina era pulitissima nonostante la sera abbia piovuto. Personale super gentile, hanno organizzato anche una sorpresa per il mio compleanno a colazione. Se torneremo a Sigirya sappiamo già dove andare!

My boyfriend and I absolutely loved it! Shame on me - I forgot the name of the host but he as well as his "intern" were great! They were really nice, helped us out with all our questions and also helped us organize our trips. We also really liked the tuktuk driver he recommended. The hotel is rather small and quiet but still close enough to the "main road", which we really liked. We also really liked the breakfast (and the two dogs there who got the rest of our toast 😊). I am sure everyone in Sigiriya is gonna see the city from above at one point and after doing so, I am convinced its one of the best hotels there - it has a lovely pool with a great view of the Lion Rock, every room has a little veranda and its surrounded by rice fields. The rooms are rather simple but big and there is everything you need. I would 100% recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Sigiriya :)

Très bel hôtel de Sigirya. Intimiste un jardin surplombant des champs de riz et le lion rock en face. La piscine à débordement fait son effet et est grandement recommandé après une randonnée. Le staff est discret efficace et chaleureux toujours prêt à rendre service et à faire de votre séjour un moment inoubliable. Les chambres sont très jolies avec une Clim hyper efficace, une moustiquaire énorme et une jolie terrasse ! Pour le prix il n’y a pas meilleur rappor qualité prix !

This is a fabulous find with the most amazing views of Lion Rock, which is walkable from here. Tucked away and quiet. Great breakfast, very helpful staff. Stayed here with my wife for 3 nights on our trip round Sri Lanka. Get them to book you the airport pick up or onward travel, we did and the cost was brilliant and pick up to and from first class at an excellent cost.

Nothing, we had a fabulous time and were really well looked after. Highly recommend.

I love the pool view to the lion rock! So peaceful...also the people that work there are very friendly and always want to make sure you are happy with everything...the room is very big and clean!

Air cond not working very well.

De hulp is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Werkt keihard. Gelukkig lijkt er een hulp bij te komen. Zwembad is prachtig, evenals uitzicht. Er zijn maar vijf kamers, dus lekker kleinschalig. Niet iedere kamer heeft direct uitzicht op de rots. Soms een boom ervoor. Bedden waren goed. Druk op de douche en warm water niet altijd beschikbaar. Ook iedere dag wel een of twee elektriciteitsstoringen gehad. Meestal na 45min wel weer verholpen. Alles is redelijk op wandelafstand wat wel een vereiste is aangezien wordt afgeraden de straat op te gaan als het donker is ivm olifanten. Het pad naar de accomodatie is wel donker.

Jammer dat er nooit fruit juice bij het ontbijt was. Ook was de thee al gezet met blaadjes waardoor deze enorm sterk was. Een ander punt is dat je levend verbrandt bij het zwembad: geen parasols en alleen aan het einde van de dag is er wat schaduw. De bedjes hebben geen matras, dus het ligt ook niet erg fijn. Als hier een stap in gemaakt wordt, dan heb je werkelijk een prachtig zwembad.

Fantastic view. Great pool. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Lovely to watch local wildlife.

Dogs roaming around grounds. Dog faeces in garden so had to watch where you were walking. No sun lounger cushions. Music from local restaurant until 10pm (ish). No hot water for sink, only shower. Partner sat on wooden patio chair which collapsed under him, screw ripped his trousers and punctured his skin.

La vue sur le rocher est superbe, l’endroit est très calme tout en étant proche de la rue principale avec les restaurants. La chambre était très propre et le personnel très agréable. Merci à Dhananjaya pour son accueil.
