The place was clean and well maintained, coffee was good too.

The address on booking.com is not the correct address. Calling the staff did not help much as they find it obvious for a newcomer to know where to go. It isn't if your phone can't find the address and you are not an usual guest in the area. After my 3rd call, they gave me another address that was found by my Google maps immediately. It bothered me that the owner kept insisting this was not his fault. It also bothered me being referred to as "the lady from America", loudly, in a public space where everyone could hear I wasn't a local. They kept showing me their phone google map that could find the place. I guess they actually don't realize that when you work there Google knows very well the address because your phone is there often enough. This could have been solved easily with kindness and caring about your customer. They did not care about us making it late at night, being tired and disoriented. That's sad.
