Easy to get to the beach.

No staff in sight. Didn’t know the code to the parking lot. Weren’t given any instructions on how to use the trams. When I called the number they couldn’t tell me where any hot tubs were. The pools near me were all cold.

There was no breakfast.

The beds could have been better. The dryer never worked in our room. Upon checking in the TV/cable wasn't working in the living room. Other than that the room was fine. The location was the best feature. It has great security and was terrific. The room itself was nice, quiet and we never heard anyone on our floor but us. We were on the 19th floor and the views were amazing. The room was neat and clean with all the amenities that we needed. It was just like being home as far as comfort. Its located right across the street from the ocean with just a small walk on the side walk. Its really more convenient to walk to the ocean than it sounds. The walkway is nice with flowers and is tended to very well. Its a great room and location to vacation for a week.
