Bon séjour Bien pourvu en documentation et cartes

La maison est très fonctionnelle, et parfaitement équipée pour y passer un agréable séjour : rien de manque, même des guides et cartes pour les randonnées ! Rarement eu une location aussi bien équipée. Egalement une très bonne literie, un garage pour y entreposer les vélos ou les skis. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très réactifs en cas de problème. La personne qui nous a accueillie est également charmante et a pu nous donner des renseignements sur les alentours. Le seul bémol, c'est la proximité avec une route passante (base nautique pas loin), rendant les matins bruyants si l'on dort les fenêtres ouvertes.

On a apprécié la deco, la terrasse, la cuisine, le rangement dans les chambres et le grand garage pour gérer notre équipement de montagne. Je recommande vivement

Well equipped, comfortable house. At the outskirts of Bourg St Maurice, but within walking distance (on skiboots less than 5 minutes) of busstops direct to the funiculaire. It takes another 5 minutes to the drop-off busstop from there. Ski area (Les Arcs, la Plagne) is beautiful with easy slopes (even the reds are blue), not very demanding and therefore very, very crowded. The house is a joy to stay at.

Maison très bien équipée, à proximité du centre et des commerces. Le grand garage est parfait pour les équipements de ski et le déchargement de la voiture. La proximité de la route est un peu brillante au petit matin. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Casa muy cómoda y totalmente equipada. Buena situación. Perfecta para ir a esquiar y cercana al centro del pueblo. Una muy buena experiencia.

Nous étions 6 adultes. Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Excellent niveau d'équipement rarement rencontré dans d'autres locations. La localisation permet de rejoindre le centre de Bourg Saint Maurice et le funiculaire à pied ( mais pas avec une valise ou avec des chaussures de ski bien sûr) et offre de belles vues sur les montagnes environnantes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison. Si nous revenons un jour à Bourg Saint Maurice nous chercherons à nouveau à la louer.

Riitta and Bernard went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. The home is very well equipped, particularly the kitchen which includes a raclette set, ample pots, pans and dishes, and an electric coffee bean grinder. The beds are comfortable as is the living room sofa. The British cable tv was a welcome feature for us English speakers. I gave the location only four stars due to the early morning traffic noise, but that may be due to the considerable construction in the area during the shoulder season. The neighbors are friendly and quiet. We found the small yard delightful, and enjoyed watching the white water kayakers at the nearby Isère River. The cycling and hiking opportunities in and around Bourg are exceptional. We hope to return and wouldn’t hesitate to rent the unit again. Sincere thanks to our hosts!

It had been our second time staying in the very nice house in Bourg Saint Maurice. Perhaps we do it again next year, so we like it very much. The funiculare is nearby, 5 minutes by car, and we use the parking place in front of it for 3 euros the whole day.

Un énorme merci a Riitta et Benoit pour nous avoir permis de profiter d'une magnifique semaine aux sports-d'hiver !!! La maison est parfaite pour 8 personnes, très bien équipée et surtout localisée idéalement à 10 min de la gare de Bourg-Saint-Maurice. Cela est très pratique pour monter via le funiculaire directement aux Arcs/La Plagne mais aussi en 35min en voiture à Tignes/Val-d'Isère (notre solution). A rajouter l’extrême proximité du centre-ville et du Super U/Intermarché... que du bonheur ! Merci encore et excellente saison à vous !

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances à bourg saint Maurice. La maison que nous avons louée est très fonctionnelle et située dans un quartier calme et bien situé. Le représentant des propriétaires en charge d accueillir les locataires nous a parfaitement accueillis et accompagnés. Merci à lui. Seule petite remarque , la maison peut accueillir jusqu’à 8 personnes avec 4 chambres. mais ne compte qu une petite salle de bain, ce qui peut s avérer peu pratique pour 8 . Nous n étions que 3 donc c était parfait pour nous.

Maison bien équipée, à proximité du centre de Bourg, du bassin de canoë et bien d’autres activités (balades montagne, raft, vélo VTT et balades).

We stayed for a week in July during the Tour De France. If you are looking for a place for a cycling vacation, Bourg is as good as any other place we have visited in the Alps. The house itself is very well equipped, and location is nice approx. 10-15 minutes walk from the city centre where you find plenty of nice restaurants. Eveything around booking, arrival and departure was handled professionally, and Benoit was at hand for any questions we could have during our stay. Recommended!

Maison très agréable, contact facile et réactif avec les propriétaires. La maison est un peu excentrée du bourg et l'accès au Funiculaire pour les Arcs ne se fait pas à pied avec les ski (Navette gratuite à 150 m quand même). Très propre et fonctionnel. Grand séjour en bas et 4 chambres à l'étages. Merci

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist gemütlich. Die Schlafzimmer und die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gern wieder. Liebe Grüße George

This is a very comfortable house and perfect for all sorts of activities. The canoe slalom course is nearby, it's great for cycling, walking and many other activities. We however had a week of skiing. The funicular to Les Arcs is a five minute drive away and parking is not a problem, even at peak times. The ski area is large and there is plenty to do and see. Everything you might need is nearby in town. Restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. Overall this was one of our best family ski holidays we've had. Highly recommended!

The garage was secure which is great for cyclists. We found there to be plenty of space for the five of us and we were comfortable at all times. It's just a short walk in to town for shopping / restaurants / bars etc. Recommended!

Great house, really clean and spacious, kitchen full equipped, everything you need to a great stay. Riitta is very kind and helpful, and even that she couldn't be there, Laurent was really available to help us. Really close to funiculaire, village center, restaurants, etc Strongly recommended.
