Leider mussten wir nachts von unserer Villa in das Gebäude umziehen , als wir Abend sin unser Zimmer kamen , war dies voller großer Ameisen, gekos & anderen Tieren . Im anderen Gebäude war dies zwar auch der Fall aber lang nicht so schlimm…. Wir hätten uns auch bei der Unterhaltung am nächsten Tag einen besseren Service der Mitarbeiter gewünscht. Das Frühstück gibt es als Buffet Form ,leider sehr sperrig & wenig Auswahl …… an Marmelade und Säften waren überall keine Tiere . Wir sind dann nach einer Nacht abgereist. Wir wollten den neuen Bewertungen eine Chance geben & wurden enttäuscht für den Preis . Die Zimmer wurden wohl renoviert dennoch wurde hier sehr unsauber gearbeitet und es entstand kein wohlfühlfaktor. Pool ist schön gestaltet & von innen gestrichen aber das Hotel hat viele Treppen …..

Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, der Bungalow selbst sehr schön. Der private Pool wirkte sehr sauber und gepflegt. Man hört das Meer rauschen, die Natur rundherum ergänzt das Gesamtbild.

Beim einchecken wird einem noch erklärt das jeden Tag Kaffeekapseln für die Maschine, Wasser, Pepsi und Snacks etc gratis nachgefüllt werden würde, nun ja eben nicht alles und auch nicht täglich. Das Restaurant ist ein eigenes Kapitel - die Speisen und Getränke sehr gut, aber auch viel teurer als sonst wo. Das Service Personal ist eines der unmotiviertesten seit langem, die letzten Tage wollte ich gar nicht mehr hingehen, denn wenn man ignoriert wird und sich teilweise nicht erwünscht vorkommt, Danke brauch ich nicht.

All the rest. Run down facilities. Needs a complete overhaul. No value for money anymore. It could be or was once a very nice resort.

The room itself the beach front pool villa was fantastic right on the beach and a very picturesque view in the morning and evenings. The staff at the restaurant where fantastic and a very big help

We actually had to phone every day late in the afternoons and request our room to be cleaned and the bed made. We felt like we were being a Hassell to the hotel reception staff by asking this every day.

Nothing looks like the pictures. Everything in this hotel needs to be renovated. Upon arriving, we were told the pool and spa were closed. Very disappointing stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Marcus was exzellent. He was always motivated, speaks english very well and is solution focused.

Cham’s House is a high potential resort. Unfortunately it isn’t well managed and a lot needs to be refurbished. If the stuff get‘s more support and the property get’s its refurbishment, I will be there for future holiday.

Room was lovely

The pool was disgusting you couldn’t get in it as most tiles were broken , you would have cut your feet open . The spa was shut The shop was shut The breakfast room was filthy all the table cloths looked like they had never been washed . So we couldn’t eat there Over 40 steps up hill to get from the room to the breakfast room . The private road in was dangerous on a moped We basically slept there and went to a different hotel to eat and use there pool then went back to bed .
