My family just returned from a week at the shore and we are so happy we found this home. Vincent's place felt like a home, not a rental. It's beautifully renovated and maintained, the location was perfect (2 houses away from the beach and boardwalk, and away but close enough from the boardwalk festivities), and Vincent was very responsive and helpful with our questions and needs. We are from NJ so we've been down the shore often and are so happy to have now found this wonderful place!

Your family will love it here. Excellent location just two houses from the beach. Modern renovation in a classic beach cottage neighborhood. Master bedroom is good size with beautiful built in drawers and walk-in closet. Downstairs bedrooms are a little small for two adults but good size for children. The kitchen and rooftop deck are outstanding, well stocked with cookware and tableware. Entire home was clean and prepared for our visit and the owner is very nice to work with. Highly recommend this for families traveling to the shore.

We took this current wfh time as an opportunity to enjoy an extended stay in Pt Pleasant! Just after the busy summer season while the water is still warm and the crowds are smaller was the perfect time and this was the perfect home with everything we needed to get away for a bit. Fun, clean property with entertainment amenities for all. Plenty of indoor space and sleeping options. Great location steps away from the boardwalk near the northern inlet side. Good seafood within walking distance and center of town is a close mile away. Roof deck has plenty of space to relax and spacious outdoor shower to rinse the gear. Drive way is a tight squeeze, but not a problem if you take your time. Responsive, helpful and understanding owners. And as an added bonus the Seafood fest was this weekend in town!!

We just got back from a stay at the beach house, and loved it! Vince is a great host, and was happy to answer questions before our stay. We had rental items dropped off before we arrived since we had two young children. It was looking like it might rain, so Vince brought our crib inside to keep it dry. He goes above and beyond for his guests! The house looks brand new and was spotless. The best part, however, is the location! The house is on a quiet street within walking distance to everything. The boardwalk and beach are steps away, rides are a 10 minute walk, several great seafood restaurants are a 10 minute walk, shops and restaurants in town are a 5 minute drive, plus there is a great pizza place at the end of the street. We couldn't have been happier with our stay and will be back next time we're in Point Pleasant.

So many OTHER rentals in this price range were OLD & WORN. Not the cute “shabby-chic” style, but frumpy-dumpy. But this little house was new looking, clean & fresh. The kitchen was well stocked, all appliances looked brand new, beautiful tile selections for both bathrooms, and the outdoor shower was sparkling clean and large. (Sadly, the weather during our stay was on the cool side, so we never did get to use it.) Almost all the other homes on this little street also look like they’ve been rebuilt in the last several years. Only reason I’d say 4 stars instead of a perfect 5 for location, is because they’re pretty close in there. I was a wuss about backing into the end-to-end space for 2 cars, between the homes, and had my husband do it each time. But the convenience to beach, restaurants & attractions was awesome!

Very nice property, just a few steps away from the Beach and Boardwalk. The house had everything you need. Vince the owner is a great communicator, very prompt to get back to you with any questions.

Exactly as advertised! Communication with the owner could not have been better. The place is spotless. There was more than enough room for the five of us. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and dining. All of the appliances are new and top of the line. The rooftop deck and grilling area are an incredible bonus. Add to that that the boardwalk/beach is a one minute walk away! Book this!!!!

Great experience renting this property- the location is fantastic, super close to the boardwalk. Everything was clean and welcoming. Communication with the host was excellent, thorough and clear. Look forward to our next stay!

I couldn’t have asked for one thing more to make a better vacation or experience. The house was a little gem. It was stocked with everything we needed and so much more than expected. The little beach details were so charming. The house was bright and cheerful and brought us so much joy.

We loved the house. My wife and two boys stayed for the week and absolutely loved the house, amenities, and location. Not to mention it was spotless. You also have a great view of the fireworks. Vincent was very responsive and always helpful. I would definitely rent this house again.

From the start Vince, the owner, was very responsive and answered all my questions. Upon check in the house was incredibly clean. It is updated and beautifully decorated - it was as if you were home, you weren't missing anything, no detail or amenity was left out. The pictures on the website were 100% accurate. The house was the perfect size for my husband, myself and our 3 teenage boys. Dining out on the upstairs deck with cocktails was the perfect ending for each beach day. The proximity to the beach was perfect and convenient. There is not one thing that I could ask for that this home didn't provide. Thank you Vince and Wendy for making our stay spectacular!!

Words can't express how wonderful this house was! The pictures do not do it justice! The house is beautifully decorated and the attention to details was perfect! The house was cozy and comfortable and had everything you needed - just like being at home and then some! Conveniently located to the boardwalk attractions the beach and other local towns to enjoy the restaurants and attractions! Arnold Street was a great place to take a bike ride and see the cute shops and grab something to eat! Vince (the homeowner) was very attentive to make sure you were enjoying your stay! I can't say enough how great this place was! Can't wait to go back next year!! BOOK THIS PLACE - YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!! WONDERFUL!!!!

I am not much of a reviewer, but this beach house pulled me out of my shell! From the moment I saw this listing, it was different from the hundreds of others I had scanned. The owners put real thought into the house's construction and decor and even the pictures they chose for the listing. It seemed like the perfect cozy beach house for a young family like mine. We were not disappointed - the house was all it appeared and more! Here's why: 1. Vince Favorito, the owner, is fantastic. He scheduled a call with us the day we booked - he was friendly, kind and thoughtful and also very practical. Vince called us days before the trip and on the day we arrived and left, so that logistics were easy and all transitions smooth. 2. The house is much closer to the beach than the VRBO map seems to indicate, literally two houses from the ramp to the Boardwalk (a central feature of Point Pleasant that has its pluses and minuses depending on your tastes but you do have to cross it to get on the beach - a mere 30 second crossing whether you go right or left off the ramp). The beach itself is glorious, clean, inviting for every beach activity you have in mind, or just to soak up endless quantities of sun, sand and breezes. Late afternoon is especially lovely for pictures. 3. The house was spotless on check-in, and looks brand new inside and out. The decor is bright and positive, lots of beachy touches all in very good taste. Couches are smartly laid out on the first floor to maximize comfortable space to play games (the Favoritos supply a bunch of great ones) or watch TV (nice flatscreen with satellite cable) and a spacious rustic dining area, and a large island with ~3 tall chairs and an overhang for sitting . Kitchen is perfect, granite counters, nice new cabinetry , iron stovetop range, and had all the cutlery, flatware, bowls and pans we could need. Rooms are nice - a touch on the small side for two adults, and some additional window treatments upstairs would help futon sleepers - but we all slept comfortably. 4. The roof deck with high end BBQ, table and chairs, BOSE sound system (tying in via app to the downstairs receiver!) and ocean view is all you could ask for coming home from the beach. Survey the quiet neighborhood, feel the breeze, eat sizzling food from the grill, sip rose', dance as the sun sets. 5. All the thoughtful touches. Great outdoor shower, porch space for beach stuff, many well placed hooks, much more. Great find. Special place.

This property was perfect—conveniently located (within walking distance) from the beach, the boardwalk and a majority of the top rated restaurants in Point Pleasant. Vince (the owner) could not have been more flexible, accessible and accommodating. The house was immaculate, well appointed and at the same time super comfortable. We would definitely book this property again!

Everything about this beach house was perfect for our family! It was very clean with all the modern amenities and beautifully decorated. You can’t beat the location with a private entrance to the boardwalk and super close to the beach. It was perfect for a family with young kids since the house is on the quieter side of the boardwalk but only a short walk to all the entertainment (aquarium, rides, etc.). Communicating with Vince was also a breeze! We will definitely want to stay here again.

We were quite surprised at the quality of the home we rented at Pt. Pleasant Beach. It was steps from the sand and a short stroll to restaurants and boardwalk businesses including an aquarium and an amusement park. It had a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely beachy feel, and a wonderful patio off the second floor with a grill and space for dining. There were even speakers for music to play through the house. There were specific places for beach towels, an outdoor shower, wonderful washer and dryer, comfortable furniture—everything was top notch . We could not have asked for a better situation or a more pleasant space to spend our vacation. However, perhaps the best thing about it was the graciousness of the owner. We would happily rent the house again.

This is an amazing home and an even better location! Owner was great to work with and is always available if you have any questions or need anything. We usually stay at another location, it was booked and found this home. So happy we did, this will be our new rental every year if it is available.

Very nice all around. Parking. Easy private access to beach. Pizza at end of lane. Nice! Great kitchen with plenty of pots and pans. Good design. Great fridge with ice and water dispenser. All appliances worked well. Comfortable seating in living area. TV easy to use. Nice view of ocean from second fl deck. Bathrooms fine and loved outdoor shower. A/c fine. Didn’t need it with beach breezes. Nice neighbors too. House easy to clean and was spotless when we arrived. Thanks for a great weekend

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this new home! Everything was immaculate, distance to boardwalk was a few steps, walk to Jenkinson’s was a few minutes, and beach access so close! Location was just the best! I especially liked the layout where upstairs master bedroom (plus pull out full size bed) was private, and 2 bedrooms downstairs were great to get changed in as well as had very comfortable twin beds. The deck also gave people a chance to have some private time—great place to read. The outside shower was so great, particularly effective in showering our little one after going to beach. The kitchen has every convenience as well as upscale appliances. So nicely decorated, we were wondering if it was professionally designed—so many unique details. No complaints, we would like to come again. Also, the owner, Vince, was very pleasant, helpful and available if needed! Thanks for everything; we really had such a great time!

We loved the attention to detail in every aspect of the house. Everything from the hanging decor to the drawer handles shows how much care went into the house. Finally, we couldn’t ask for a better location. Just a stones throw to the beach and boardwalk! It was a perfect place to get away!

Our family had a great time! We rented this beautifully decorated, immaculate house for last week of August. We had everything we needed and had no issues at all. We would definitely recommend this house and its owners who were very pleasant to deal with. They were very helpful in every aspect of rental process and any question regarding stay.

The location to the boardwalk and beach was ideal for our family. The beach is less than a block away. You can walk to the rides and games at jenkinsons. There are also some good restaurants nearby. We look forward to renting the house again next summer.

This Point Pleasant Beach Home has the perfect location. Close to everything; steps from the famous sandy beaches, boardwalk & family amusements. Tastefully designed in new condition provides a relaxing atmosphere. Fully equipped for your enjoyment and pleasure. The owners were responsive, pleasant and a pleasure to work with making for an easy rental. Our family of four all very much enjoyed our 4 day stay to attend a family wedding. While in town we recommend the Poached Pear Restaurant and Point Lobster for the best steamed Lobsters and delicious Lobster Rolls and Bisque. Yum! You won’t be disappointed. All said, this was the perfect Beach Home for our getaway! Thank you Vince & Wendy for sharing your Beautiful Home with VRBO families.
