Newly refurbished 4 bed/3 bath villa with private pool
Situé dans un petit complexe calme à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la plage de Luz et de ses restaurants et bars. Cette superbe villa de fin de terrasse avec une superbe vue sur l'océan est parfaitement équipée pour tous vos besoins.
Villa spacieuse récemment rénovée et récemment meublée a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances en famille, y compris une grande piscine (qui peut être chauffée à un coût supplémentaire de £ 140 par semaine). Quatre grandes chambres pouvant accueillir confortablement 8 et 3 salles de bains nouvellement équipées, dont 2 avec salle de bains. Le balcon a récemment (2019) été agrandi et des balustrades en verre ont été ajoutées pour maximiser la vue sur la mer. Le balcon a des barbecues Weber au gaz et au charbon.
L'étage supérieur dispose d'un grand salon et salle à manger décloisonné pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Il dispose d'un système de télévision Internet, du wifi et d'un beau feu de bois pour les mois d'hiver. Deux ensembles de portes-fenêtres coulissantes donnent sur un grand balcon avec vue sur la mer et descendent vers la piscine (également accessible depuis le rez-de-chaussée). Au premier étage se trouve également une grande cuisine bien équipée - comprenant plaques de cuisson, four, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur-congélateur. Le lave-linge est situé au rez-de-chaussée dans une petite pièce au bord de la piscine.
La villa possède une immense terrasse sur le toit avec une vue panoramique et ininterrompue sur la mer qui peut être appréciée depuis un canapé 10 places.
Au niveau inférieur se trouvent quatre grandes chambres avec placards. La chambre principale a une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche séparée. La chambre 2 dispose également d'un lit double et d'une salle de bains privative avec une grande douche moderne à l'italienne. Les chambres 1 et 2 ont leur propre accès direct à la piscine.
Les chambres 3 et 4 ont toutes deux des lits jumeaux et partagent une salle de douche séparée. Les deux pièces s'ouvrent sur une charmante terrasse intérieure.
La propriété a eu la climatisation installée dans chaque chambre et a le chauffage central et un feu de bois pour les mois d'hiver.
Il y a une douche située près de la piscine et 8 chaises longues confortables et tables de boissons. Il y a une petite cuisine extérieure avec évier et réfrigérateur près de la piscine.
Le complexe possède sa propre piscine et son bar - également ouvert en soirée.
La villa dispose d'un lit de voyage et d'une chaise haute pour bébé (sans frais d'utilisation).
Ponta da Gaivota est une agréable promenade de 10 minutes le long du front de mer jusqu'au centre de Luz. Il y a plusieurs bars et restaurants sur la promenade avant la plage principale. Praia da Luz est l'une des plus belles plages de l'Algarve avec des restaurants, des bars et des sports nautiques. Le village de pêcheurs préservé de Burgau est à 5 minutes en voiture avec son excellente plage et ses restaurants. La marina animée de Lagos avec sa vie nocturne animée est à 10 minutes en voiture.
Il y a 2 terrains de golf à moins de 5 minutes en voiture et les sports nautiques et l'équitation peuvent être appréciés à proximité.

Amazing villa! Very tastefully furnished and well equipped, had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a lovely temperature without heating.
Enjoyed walking on the coastal path into Luz to visit the beach, bars and restaurants and also visited Lagos which was just a short taxi journey (used Uber which were readily available).
Many thanks to the fantastically helpful owner who recommended some lovely bars and restaurants

I have been to many vrbo homes but Julia's was clean, very well equipped and spacious. We had an excellent time and would like to return for longer next year.
To top it all off the locals were friendly, wine and beer was inexpensive.

If you are looking for a fantastic place to stay in the Algarve region this is the spot for you! The location is perfect for visiting many different areas such as Sagres, Lagos, Portimano and Silves. There are restaurants within walking distance which were excellent such as the Urban and Latitude! The walking trails are incredible with breathtaking views just out your door. The villa is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has been fully renovated with everything you need to make a wonderful meal! This villa has everything you need! We will return hopefully some day😊

Spacious well appointed modern villa with large pool in a quiet location. There are fantastic sea views from the roof terrace and balcony. This is one of the best places we have stayed in over the last 13 years! Good communication from owner and easy check in process. We would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic villa to enjoy our 2 week break in the Algarve. The villa lived up to and exceeded the pictures and description, brilliantly well equipped kitchen, amazing views and perfect location. Be prepared for a walk up the hill on the way back from town, although this is a good excuse to have an ice cream before the walk!! Already checking our calendar to see when we can come back.

The pictures on the site don’t do the villa or the views justice which is so much better in real life 😁 ..

A very high quality apartment with great attention to detail. The location is ideal for us, about a half-mile from Luz centre. We found the area very quiet at night. The apartment had everything we wanted and was fitted, cleaned and maintained to a very high standard.
We have rented a large number of villas over the years and have never found better.

Highly recommend a stay at this villa, it had everything you could possibly want. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The view to the sea when sat on the balcony having breakfast or dinner was lovely, I will miss it. It wasn’t far to walk to the centre of Luz, the beach was lovely and we had some really nice meals out. We all would love to go back again sometime.

What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Everything was top notch, five star accommodations …incredible water views, amenities galore, and we were totally spoiled by the cleaning ladies who were just amazing! Very responsive and helpful host. You will not be disappointed…and hopefully we will be back!

This holiday home is one of the best we have stayed in, it had everything we needed. We arranged for the heated pool because of the time of year we stayed & we've never had a pool so warm. We enjoyed this holiday home that much we are disappointed it is already booked up next year so we have made sure we've got it booked for 2025.

Villa is all new with incredible views and beautiful pool which we gladly paid to heat to swim daily. Cleaning was superb, very thorough, and villa management staff all friendly, respectful and competent. Location excellent. We’ve traveled extensively and have yet to experience a better venue.

We are a group of 8 friends who have been to many villas together and this is one of the best. There is ample seating no matter which room or area you are in. The villa is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The pool and outdoor areas are also spacious and clean, we paid to have the pool heated and my friends were absolutely thrilled with it. Pool towels were also provided. Even though you have neighbours we felt we had more than enough privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with a lovely range of plastics for poolside too. Our booking was a pre pandemic booking so we had lots of communication with the hosts (mainly Julia) who we have to say was amazing! Very supportive when our trip had to be put on hold twice and very helpful with the many questions we had. Although the immediate area is quiet it's only a short walk to Praia da Luz and a short bus or taxi journey to Lagos. A cleaning service was offered mid week although we chose to do it ourselves, it was lovely to be offered. Although we didn't have children with us, we would definitely recommend this villa for both families and adult groups, you won't be disappointed.

The Villa is in immaculate condition and boasts amazing views of the sea, exactly as advertised. Great private pool of perfect size for a small family. Would certainly return in the future.

From the efficient check in process, to the outstanding accommodations of the home, and of course the location- this was indeed an outstanding vacation experience. The home has everything you need, and is located near everything the Algarve area has to offer . Highly recommend- would absolutely book here again.

Great villa for families
We stayed for one week (July 2021) and were two families with kids ages 12,10,7 & age 1. Julia was very helpful from the first point of contact, especially as we were travelling in Covid times. The villa is perfect to share with 2 families, as lots of space both inside & out. The living room is a lovely area to chill out of the heat. Otherwise we were out by the pool or eating/drinking on the balcony with gorgeous view. Perfect adult evenings once kids in bed!
The pool is a good size and nice and warm in summer without being heated, The location is also great, you have Luz within walking distance or a short drive but also plenty of other places to explore along the coast.
It's really hard to find a reasonably priced 4 bed villa with pool in summer season of this quality - the kitchen is extremely well equipped & the furnishings felt like a treat.
We had one small issue - the gas BBQ never worked during our stay which was important for us. However, the maintenance did try and fix it but could not get someone out in time. We did have a charcoal BBQ so it wasn't the end of the world.
Overall I would recommend this villa for family groups looking to holiday in a nice quality villa with plenty of space, in a great location.

Great location/property
Great host, beautiful villa and absolutely stunning location! Everything is near by, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the host was very accommodating. The cleaning lady was lovely :) 100% recommend, I’ll be back.

Wonderful days for 2 families
We were 2 couples with children aged 2-9. We stayed for a week in August, enjoying the beach (5min drive) and the pool, having dinner outside. The villa is quite large and has all the facilities, kitchenware and utensils we needed.

Luxury in Luz
This villa was perfect to provide serenity and calm. The sunrise and full moon rise views were spectacular over the cliffs of Luz. We stayed there for a week and were thrilled that an interim cleaning was performed at no charge to us. We use VRBO throughout the world and have never had that service performed for us before. The beds, linens, towels are the highest grade quality and were even fluffy. We loved the heated floors in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely luxury living in Luz!

An amazing villa
Our family had a Christmas get together at this lovely villa, we could not fault the accommodation, the place was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for everyone, the terrace outside the lounge was lovely with amazing views, 20 minute walk to the town along the beach, never used the pool but it looked lovely, would recommend to anyone

Lovely villa
We were celebrating a 70th bday. Guests aged 5 years to 70 and everyone had a great time. Due to the time of year we paid to have the pool heated worth every penny and the pool man was great and kept it spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

High End Holiday Home
I looked at well over 100 different properties for our family trip to Luz. My parents winter here each year so we wanted to be close, but also have a nice house where we could host dinners, etc.. This house was perfect.
The conditions are just as nice as the pictures show. Furnishings are top notch and the house had everything we needed (extras of many things).
I like to BBQ so was thrilled to see a BRAND NEW Weber gas grill, which I used a number of times. It worked flawlessly. Pool was warm and in the sun almost the entire day.
Was happily surprised when we received a mid week cleaning from the staff - it was a nice touch that you don't normally see. Also the welcome basket that was left helped us out immensely as we arrived late and very tired - just what we needed to start the next day off with !
We will definitely go back in the future !
