Stylishly updated Sun Valley home close to everything with private hot tub.
Élégamment mise à jour 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains maison Sun Valley qui sauvegarde la forêt nationale de Sawtooth. À seulement cinq minutes en voiture de River Run Lift et Dollar Mountain pour le ski ou Ketchum et Sun Valley pour les divertissements / restaurants. La maison est à quelques pas de la piste cyclable qui vous relie à Elkhorn, Sun Valley, Ketchum et Hailey. Il y a aussi un arrêt de bus (heure d'hiver) à deux minutes où vous pouvez prendre le bus gratuit pour la ville et les remontées mécaniques.
Toute la maison a été mise à jour avec de nouveaux meubles en 2017. La maison a une cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils haut de gamme, un salon ouvert avec un grand canapé confortable, une cheminée et une grande télévision à écran plat. Profitez de la grande cour arrière privée donnant sur la colline. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve la chambre principale avec lit king et salle de bain attenante ainsi qu'une chambre d'amis avec lit queen adjacent à une salle de bain pleine grandeur. Au deuxième étage, il y a une grande chambre avec des lits superposés en taille réelle, un fauteuil-lit et une télévision pour les enfants et une salle de bains attenante. Un bain à remous privé avec vue sur la montagne se trouve juste derrière la porte arrière. Profitez du garage pour deux voitures pour garder vos voitures et vos jouets bien à l'abri.

Clean, well appointed, great open dining/ living room, annex kitchen.
We used the garden mostly in the evenings as it was too hot during the day. We were right on the bike path which made it easy to use al of our bicycles allo around SV and Elkhorn.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peter’s house. Very well stocked kitchen, hot tub with a beautiful view, comfortable beds, and plenty of room. Peter was fast to respond to questions. We appreciated the plowing and shoveling service when it snowed. And the garage was a real bonus! Would not hesitate to book again.

Great proximity to the resort. Nice to have a private hot tub. Wish we had more snow to take advantage if the mellow ski touring right outside the backyard.

This was the perfect property for our stay in Sun Valley. Well equipped for time and home, cooking, hanging out in the yard and in the hot tub, and perfectly located for outings throughout sun valley. We hope to be back again!

The owner is super responsive, the location is convenient yet private with great views from the master of the hills behind the home. We’ve been here twice, and have found it to be a great place for our family. Quick access to the bike path, easy walk/drive/bike ride into town and access to the Elkhorn pools.

We’ve stayed at a few different nightly rental properties around Sun Valley and this was our favorite. Great location. Great layout. Just a short drive to the ski slopes and restaurants, but in a quiet spot with beautiful views out the back. Loved it. We’ll definitely be back.

Great family vacation
We stayed at this lovely home while my husband worked online and kids did school online. The house was perfect! We got lucky with snow and the kids had a blast playing in the snow and building a snowman. Our golden retriever loved it too! Would definitely stay here again.

This house is warm, well equipped and very comfortable . Nicely decorated - perfect for a family . The temps were in the 90’s and the house was hot during the day . That’s the only negative . It’s normal for homes in the mountains not to have AC and it’s rare that they have 90 degree weather . Thank goodness we weren’t around much during the day - bc it was very hot inside - especially the 2nd floor bedroom . The bike path is right there . Nice bike ride into town . The owner was very nice to deal with .

Our main requirements for any rentals now days is accessibility and comfort for my husband who needs a walker at all times. Therefore my request was "universal bathroom facility for handicapped". The shower was walk-in, but too small. The toilet was too low and room was too small. We had to remove the door for him to get in.

Great house, great location, great owner
We loved staying at this place. It truly had everything we needed, and dealing with owner Peter was a pleasure. The back patio was a great place to hang out in a beautiful setting. The kitchen had all the bells and whistles needed. And the main living space was very comfortable. No complaints at all, and we expect to be back next summer.

Our stay here was great. The house and yard were beautiful and having the cool mountain air was a bonus. Peter was very responsive to our needs.

Perfect!
This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of space, extremely clean, convenient proximity to both Sun Valley and Ketchum and plenty of amenities including soft bedding, a fantastic backyard with a gorgeous view and grill, bluetooth speakers, fully stocked kitchen and even shampoo and soap in the showers. And, of course, the membership to the club/pool was a huge score for our three kids ... we went every day in between all of our other activities.
Peter was always responsive, gave us very good advice on where to go and made everything so easy.
We would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfection in Sun Valley
We came to town for a long weekend of skiing and apres skiing with friends. Highly recommend this house and the location - close to the lifts and town. Nice new furnishings and comfortable beds! Easy working with Peter.

Great location, great house, loved the hillside
Wow, what an amazing house and location! The house was even better than the pictures. It was contemporary, yet warm and cozy. The upstairs bedroom was a great escape for the kids with their own tv and couch and the master bedroom suite was inviting with walls of windows overlooking the mountains in the backyard. The kitchen and family room made it easy to stay in and relax after skiing.
It was so nice to have a garage to load and unload our skis and the 5 minute drive to the mountain was great!
Peter was a great host and very accommodating.
Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

Gorgeous house/Great location
We loved this house! Could not have chosen a better place to extend our stay in Sun Valley.
The house was impeccable and had all the amenities we would need. Great hikes right out the backyard and Baldy and Dollar mountain only a few minute drive away.
Highly recommend...we will definitely stay here again!
