C'est le délice des pêcheurs. En plus de rester dans la maison avec les plus belles vues du coucher de soleil sur Pine Island, vous êtes juste en face du meilleur endroit sur Pine Island pour lancer des kayaks ou simplement patauger pour la pêche. Vous êtes également à distance de marche de la marina de Pineland. La maison est également sur l'ancien canal des Indiens Calusa juste derrière les monticules indiens Calusa, il y a un parc d'État créé au cours des 5 dernières années qui a un sentier de randonnée amusant, il y a plusieurs plaques expliquant l'histoire des gens qui vivaient ici 500 il y a des années. La promenade dans la nature se déroule sur environ 500 mètres derrière la maison. Lorsque vous vous promènerez dans le parc, vous sentirez que vous êtes remonté dans le temps. Encore une fois, vous êtes également dans la maison qui se trouve au premier rang pour les plus beaux couchers de soleil sur Pine Island. Le kayak double et le vieux gréement de planche à voile viennent avec la location de la maison, juste un petit dépôt supplémentaire est requis pour l'utilisation, cela vous sera retourné.

My wife & I along with brother in-law & his wife and their old dog enjoyed a great fishing long weekend. Great location walking distance to Tarpon house restaurant and Freedom boat club location in Pineland. Kayak fishing across the street from house was awesome. House itself is very clean. The furnishings etc are dated and not fancy but perfect for a low key getaway. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well equiped. The Calusa trails right behind the house were great. Lots of birds. Old style Florida at its best.

My family stayed here while my son played in a baseball tournament. It was great to have a home that we could play pool, darts and watch the sunset together when we weren't at the ball diamond. We had a great time and we were grateful to be able to keep our dogs with us. Thank you for a great stay!

Rich is a wonderful landlord. The view is perfect and it is in such a nice neighborhood with a wonderful restaurant within walking distance. This is not for beach lovers, but it is perfect for quiet beauty, biking and kayaking.

Very comfortable property overlooking the water with peaceful backyard that backs right up to the Calusa Heritage Trail. Large game room with a great pool table, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen. Pine Island is very old Florida with a peaceful, restful vibe. The.view from the living room of the water is amazing! Our host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay here! We celebrated our 34th Anniv here! The house is lovely and well stocked! We were able to use the Kayak and golf cart once, wish we had used them more! Played lots of pool. Enjoyed morning tea and bagels on the front lawn watching the birds at the water! Did I say we loved the Amazing views and sunsets!!! Also, I was so happy to see real drapes in the King Room, it made it nice and dark overnight and early am, hard to find these days for a light sleeper! Thank you Rich for sharing your house with us!

Enjoyed our stay .. nice quiet getaway, enjoyed watching the sunset. Enjoyed the trail behind the house and fishing, the kayaks were a plus. The house and yard needs some TLC. We enjoyed the pool table and screened in porch.

Favorite Place Yet!
The location is incredible. Such a quiet area with amazing views. You have water in front and backs to the Calusa Heritage trail. We took a day trip to Cayo Costa State Park-walked to the charter boat from the house! The pool table was also a big hit.

Nice spot for families
We enjoyed our stay with 2 young kids and our 2 dogs. Nice big yard and cute trails behind the property. Lots of orchards nearby for fresh fruit- but recommend bringing groceries- limited restaurants. Yucatán waterfront was a nice find for meals. We enjoyed the kayak and recommend that for fishing- pretty difficult to fish from land all over the island. Very close to cayo costa ferry and our boys loved that boat ride/beach day. Overall a nice quiet vacation in a beautiful setting!

Private place in a great location with a great view
Spent 3 nights on Pine Island for a quick family vacation. We really enjoyed this place as it felt like we were locals for a few days. We enjoyed the view of the water and how quiet and private the house was. We took our 2 year old son to the beach on Cayo Costa which was accessible only by boat and the boat company was only a few minutes away from this house (Tropical Star, I think...) We will forever remember our sons first trip to the beach.

This property is quite comfortable and has fun mid-century-modern / retro touches throughout its beachy decor. Nothing much to do but relax and enjoy - read a good book, cook some fine local fresh fish or crab, enjoy a glass of wine with the glorious sunset each day.

If you are looking for a quiet , relaxing location this would be it. The house was clean but a little dated , everything you needed was there.

Beautiful sunsets
Home is nice and well equipped with everything you need. It truly makes you feel comfortable and “at home”. The neighborhood is quiet and the view out the living window is incredible. We saw bald eagles, cranes, ibis, and a very rare orange spoonbill feeding just across the street.. There were also two bunnies hanging out in the backyard and one of the biggest avocado trees I’ve seen.
The owner was wonderful, very accommodating, and communication was prompt.
If you want hustle and bustle, this is not the place for you. However, if you want to relax, fish, and enjoy the environment, you will love it!

The house was very spacious sitting on a very pretty piece of property. The area was very laid back and quiet so it was a nice ending to a busy week we had spent in the Keys. A great place to wind down.

A tranquil spot with the most beautiful view
We loved our few days on Pine Island at this beautiful spot. The house is perfectly located just steps from a marina, a wonderful restaurant, and the fascinating Calusa trail. It is an ideal place to get away from it all. The owner was easy to work with and very helpful. We hope to book a return stay!

beautiful view and feeling of peacefulness
Nice style home in quiet area. Nice home with plenty of room, huge yard. Thought it had 3 bedrooms but only 2 bedrooms but had cots. Had fun playing pool. Only drawback was air conditioner filter screen was very dirty, house had musty smell when entering and air vents were either very dusty or had mold growing. One bedroom had mold aroma too. May not be a big issue, just my family is sensitive to mold. Don't think serious issue, probably just from not being occupied all the time.
