Had a great time staying at Diana and Doug's apartment at Los Molinos . Very well equipped and clean. Close to the shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Hopefully we'll be back in the Spring

Just had two weeks in Doug and Diane's apartment on Los Molinos, the apartment is tastefully furnished and clean it also has everything you will ever need. No English TV but the WI-FI is good we had a very enjoyable stay in apartment 6105 hope to be back next year.

We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely well equipped apartment, which was situated on a quiet complex. The location is great with a few bars,restaurants and supermarkets close by. A 15 minute stroll along the sea front takes you into the main town area where there are many more bars and restaurants. I would recommend a visit to Sausolito's restaurant on Playa Bastian, the food and service is excellent. Thank you for the milk and water which was left for us on arrival, it was much appreciated and saved us having to dash out to the supermarket. We had a lovely relaxing holiday and will definitely be returning later in the year.

Surfaces and floors were quite dusty, towels smelled rather stale, there was a long black hair on a pillowcase and a dirty ashtray in the kitchen. There were also dead flies on the floor beside the kitchen bin. Apartment was well equipped but overdue some maintenance, bathroom door did not shut properly and doors to patio were difficult to open and shut ( allowing in music noise from Dickens Bar opposite). Bathroom fittings were loose and tarnished and shower pipe leaked. We did not allow this to spoil our holiday but were rather disappointed. We have visited Costa Teguise several times and will hopefully continue to do so, sadly, not this apartment.

The Apartment was exactly as described, very comfortable and on a great complex. We had a wonderful holiday there, so much so we are returning this year. Diana and Doug were most helpful.

We want to offer a delayed response to another enjoyable stay in Costa Teguise. The well equipped facilities suit our needs exactly with all we require for a relaxing break. The complete kitchen facilities, including washing machine, modern bathroom and comfortable lounge area gives us a 'home from home' feel each time we stay at Los Molinos. The relaxing patio with sea view in the distance gives us a good start to the day and the well tended complex gives a nice relaxing atmosphere in a peaceful environment for lazy days. Thank you for your cheery visits especially Di for your support in the personal situation this year. We look forward to 2017 for our 7 week break in Lanzarote. Cynthia & Martyn

Doug and Diana very kindly met us and showed us around on arrival. It has everything a young family of 4 could want.I really couldn't fault it in any way. It is very close to shops taxis and bars and some lovely restaurants. I have stayed in this apartment several times.It is tastefully decorated, clean with all amenities. Access to the pool area is an easy 2 minutes, which is ideal for both couples and families alike. Local bars restaurants and supermarket are just a 3-4 minute stroll. I highly recommend this apartment and will certainly return myself.

The apartment was very clean, modern, and had everything you may require. The bed was exceptional. The complex is very interesting and has 2 beautiful pools, a play area for children and pretty gardens. The beach is only a short walk down a path and the local restaurants are exceptional to suit various taste and budgets. The apartment is ideal for couples of families with small children. We would love to return.

Thankyou, we had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was clean and more than adequate for our needs. The pool area was very relaxing and quiet. Also maintained to a very high standard. Taxi service into town Is cheap and conveniant (just opposite the apartments E2.15). Highly recommended. We will certainly return.

What a lovely apartment and in the best location for everything. The apartmnent is light,airy and clean and has a sunny garden ideal for relaxing which we made full use of!!! The pool area is on your front door and has just had a complete refurb (lucky us) There are restaurants for you to munch and drink whilst you relax. The apartmenmt easily sleeps 4 and has everything you need if you want to stay in. We found the walk to the square only 15 minutes away or a 2Euro taxi ride. The restaurant choice is vast and caters to everyones tastes. We found the square great for music & atmosphere, Friday being a must with the market. What is handy for some of the nights is the local places to eat around the apartment. We cannot wait to go back again. Thanks Doug & Di for makinh it so easy and straight forward. PERFECT STAY AND WE HAVE ALREADY RECOMMENDED TO FRIENDS!!

Dear Diana and Douglas, Thank you for a super week in your lovely apartment. Steve and I had a good rest, read lots of books, swam in the sea, visited the caves (we know the secret) and went up the volcano. Costa Teguise is a charming resort, so clean and fresh, and the apartment is a ten minute walk (or 2 minute drive) from the main beach area, and the local supermarket, bars and restaurants are also very good, if you prefer to stay close to home. It was lovely of you to be there to meet us, and your kind thought in bringing the milk. The apartment has everything you need, the bed is very comfortable, shower strong and hot, living room sunny and welcoming. My stay at this apartment was lovely in everyway. The apartment is spacious, clean and a great location for everything you could need. The best for me was walking out of your door and being 5 steps from the poolside. The pool area is peaceful and jst what you need to relax in the sun. Location is great and a short walk from the restaurants and bars in the square. If walking is not for you it is close to taxis so you can be at the square within 3 mins!! I would recommend this apartment to couples or families who want a relaxing holiday in the sun.

Thanks so much for a fabulous stay. We were lucky enough to stay courtesy of a generous prize gifted by the owners in a local charity raffle. The apartment is located in a fantastic complex which is beautifully maintained and brilliantly furnished with pool and play area for children. The quality of the accommodation was really good, and it is maintained to a very high standard. It felt roomy enough to accommodate us (2 adults and 2 small children), and we had everything we needed, including very comfy beds, generous amount of clean towels etc. We discovered some lovely restaurants within a stone's throw. We'll definitely be recommending to friends and family!

The listing description was entirely accurate. The property afforded comfortable accommodation which was both clean and well maintained. My wife and I also found the complex pleasant- well designed, and well maintained. The complex did not feel overcrowded or cramped and is well situated close to the sea and the beach at Playa Bastian, 2/3 minutes walk. Athough the main part of the Costa Teguise resort is a 10/15 minute walk, it is along a pleasant walkway by the sea which we felt happy to use day and night. We found the owners to be friendly, efficient, entirely straightforward and easy to deal with. They have a genuine pride in their property and want to ensure their guests enjoy a good stay. We would certainly use the property again and would recommend it to friends. It is a one bedroom property and as such ideal for a couple, or a couple and infant who could share the bedroom. Obviously this type of holiday accommodation sometimes houses more people- in our opinion this would be crowded! The patio and small garden take the morning sun so are ideal for breakfast and a relaxing start to the day. In the late afternoon, early evening we enjoyed sitting by the swimming pool and reading our books. It was Easter when we stayed and the pool was usable but cold; the sea was warmer! We enjoy Costa Teguise as a resort in its own right but primarily because it is ideally situated to explore Lanzarote. Although a car is certainly not essential it adds endless possibilities to the holiday and is strongly to be recommended. The apartment is suitable for people of all ages as is Costa Teguise with plenty of restaurants, bars and activities including wind surf and diving schools.

My husband and I found the apartment lovely situated in a marvelous complex. The pool is magnificant and caters for all ages. The apartment was very clean and provided all our needs including a fully equipped kitchen. Local restaurants wer very good. There is a sea view from the apartment and a short walk down a footbath to a lovely beach. It is great to have a car to explore this wonderful island but not necessary to enjoy your holiday as all needs are within walking distance. We would strongly recommend use of this apartment.

We stayed at this property in summer of 2007 and have been to this complex and same apartment on 2 other occasions. The property is well set up to a good quality with all the usual home comforts. The complex is one of the best on the island with two superb pools and all the facilities are kept to a very high standard. The property is ideal for young families. We put the kids in the bedroom so that we could enjoy a glass of wine when they were settled and then we slept in the lounge on a couple of pull out beds which were reasonably comfortable. We alternated between days around the pool ( where the kids made loads of friends) and days exploring the island's towns and beaches . Most evenings we would walk into Costa Teguise and enjoy the local restaurants. This property is ideal for couples or families that enjoy a poolside sun drenched holiday with the bonus of being able to explore the island's beaches and villages at your own pace.

A nice 1 bedroom apartment, easy to get to from the airport and not too far from the road. Set in lovely gardens with pools for both little ones and proper swimmers. Close to several restaurant and shops and not too far from the sea and seafront walk. The only think that let it down was the fact that there was no satilite tv just a dvd player and tv monitor together with a radio setup - but maybe someone would like to get away from it all for their holiday. Otherwise, clean and tidy with a nice little kitchen and will sleep up to 4.
