Excellent breakfasts

On some days, the music from the bar by the pool was too much. The bedroom was too hot. I ended up sleeping in living room, with balcony door open. The sofa was extremely comfortable as a bed.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Beautiful architecture of the resort, rooms and restaurant. Nice rooms with pool just next to our doors.

ideal location, close to all amenities. plenty of sunbeds around pools, and a choice of pools. Grounds were lovely, well maintained.

lack of parking; no air conditioning; a lot of stairs to contend with especially when leaving or arriving with suitcases.

Stayed in a studio, good size apartment, clean, so many pluses for the whole stay. From the moment we arrived till when we left, staff were so friendly, nothing was any bother. Excellent stay thank u all. During our stay we looked round the Nazeret apartments, which have all been refurbished during lock down. absolutely beautiful, modern clean and finished to a high speck. if you like the modern or the traditional, both are exceptional. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in Nazeret Mansions, this part of the complex is traditional. which makes the apartment quite dark. However no concerns with the cleanliness, fittings, large bathroom. The bathroom, would be the only place which could do with up dating. This is a small observation, not a complaint.

Good location, friendly staff especially at pool bar and cleaners. Reported problem with fridge in room and had new fridge provided within couple of hours.

Beds are a little bit hard

The apartment was huge, and we were upgraded to the new part of the hotel. The place was very comfortable, clean, with a washing machine. There are 3 big, clean heated pools. Close to a bus stop, also to many restaurants. We intended to stay just 2 nights but extended for almost a week.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! It is located right in the center of town where all the buzz is. Rooms are spacious, clean with all the facilities you want (complete kitchenette). The pool is a popular place to be and is a lovely space that everyone enjoys. The hotel also provides a buffet dinner for an extra fee (9 euros per person) and it was delicious and changed each night. We stayed as a group of 4 and would go back to this place in a heartbeat!

Only 1 toilet in the apartment. There are, however, many bathrooms accessible throughout the complex.

Warm pool, comfy beds, spacious apartment, variety of healthy options and great value for money on dinners. Breakfasts also very good. Also the bar, the lady is nice and plays great music.

Floor washing in the apartment was quite superficial. For some reason the water in tea/coffee tastes salty. As everywhere in Canary islands, we were cold when inside. And the fridge was very loud.

The service from reception, Elena and Alej was so warm and friendly. Location was excellent, right in the centre and a short walk to absolutely everything. Apartment was very spacious and swimming pools and pool bar were great. Breakfast was varied and really enjoyable.

The kitchen size in our apartment was small. Wifi worked in the pool areas and apartment lounge but kept disconnecting in the bedrooms. Cleaners coming daily and not every two days would have kept our apartment tidier.
