Location of villa, pool and patio area and overall privacy of the property. Great sun rises looking from the balcony.

Standard of furnishings poor and lack of seating in the sitting rooms.

Beautiful position with lovely views. Pool good and cleaned regularly. Sheets and towels changed twice during our stay. Large selection of restaurants at the marina only a five minute walk from the villa

The furniture is a little tired. There are not many mugs or cutlery for the number of people. There is not a lot to do in the immediate area. The nearest beach in reality is a drive away as the local beach is very small and just a cove.

Tired property in an excellent location.

when we arrived at the location it was very easy to enter, we received the consent to check in earlier, at 1 pm I was in the villa. Very clean pool, clean house, clean bathrooms, clean linen. Everything was more than we expected considering the comments I had read. A quiet location. Lot of things in the kitchens, a lot of platesc, cups, glasses, kettle, coffee machine.

In the bog bedroom upstairs, can be changed the mattress. Is smaller than the bed and it is uncomfortable.

Toilets constantly blocked and it was a heaven for cockroaches. Got a tin of spray to deal with the roaches rather than a deep clean. Temporary fix with the drainage which lasted a day. Needs serious fix

Great layout, with so much space. Villa was very clean and tidy. The pool size was just perfect for our 7 and 9 year olds. Super location, near to little supermarket and restaurants and car hire.

The beds were very hard, apart from the double with ensuite. I am sure new matresses in the near future would be greatly appreciated. Also the blankets were marked and dirty.
