Chambre (Booking ?) très très petite, extérieur bruyant même depuis le 4ème (samedi soir, peut être une exception), isolation phonique entre chambres communiquantes perfectible. Dommage que nous n’ayons pas eu de pantoufles et peignoirs de l’hôtel pour la belle piscine + SPA comme d’autres personnes séjournant dans le même hôtel en avaient visiblement dans leurs chambres.

The hotel offered an early check in at 1 which helped a lot! Location is great.

Pool needs more cleaning as used towels were here and there.

L'accueil du personnel est très professionnel. J'avais demandé une bouteille de champagne pour l'anniversaire de ma conjointe. La discrétion lors de l'accueil était parfait. Nous avons oublié le petit déjeuner. Mais malgré cela la personne du service du petit déjeuner, nous a laissé prendre le petit déjeuner alors que nous étions hors des heures. Très bon service

The pool was nice.

Booked a suite, the room stunk it was an awful gas leaking smell. The location is very bad, in the red light district which we didn’t realise. Breakfast was not worth it at all, very small selection.

Personnel très agréable. Chambre donnant sur cours intérieure, très calme. La piscine et le jacuzzi sont très agréables aussi.

Central locations and close to transport links. Breakfast staff member very friendly and helpful. Spa and pool facilities were lovely. Very comfy bed.

Hotel is in the red light district which meant drug dealers/gangs as well as prostitutes on the street. Air conditioning didn’t work and we did report it to reception. Smell from shower drain unpleasant but went away when water running.

I received an upgrade to a Junior Suite. The room was very well and thoughtful designed. The warm materials, wood and copper, create a modern yet cozy atmosphere. The location is close to the lake and the main station.

Pas de mini bar dans la chambre ou avoir au minimum une bouteille d’eau. Un drap de bain pour deux… un peu juste ! Réceptionniste de jour hautaine ! Situation de l’hôtel : quartier pas très fréquentable à la tombée de la nuit.

Only niggle was there wasn’t a lot of storage, no drawers, just an open wardrobe area, so wasn’t able to unpack our clothes.

L'espace spa n'était pas trop bondé et j'ai été surclassée.

J'en ai vraiment marre de l'empreinte bancaire qui se fait deux fois et qui ne relâche pas toujours l'argent.

Nice hotel with a small spa, gym and pool. Small room but had everything I needed. Staff was very friendly and attentive, gave me a much needed converter as well. Location is good as it is close to the main train station and the lake.

The room was a bit small. In the evening, the area was a bit dodgy.

Lovely rooms, lovely swimming pool and good breakfast.

Area was red light district, and the lift was tiny, could not fit more than 2 people with very small bags in it

Very beautiful hotel, very confortable and well decorated. Good Breakfast, very nice staff and central location. Super confortable beds, slept like an angel! Very nice pool lounge, with sauna, jaccuzi and gym room. Having a travel card for each guest during the stay was a big plus.

These are not big issues, but rather improvement suggestions: the bathroom shower had see through glass walls which can be a bit akward if you share the room with a friend or a work colleague. The street of the hotel is very sketchy, I would not recommend to walk around after 10pm, despite that the location is very central and we didn't felt in danger during daylight. The jacuzzi and pool are great but I would suggest to have more chaise longues available, there was a lot of guests there, some people didn't have a place to sit or lay down.

It is in the red light district even though it’s being revitalised. It’s generally nicer to come in the north side entrance. The shower was oddly placed and not private. I felt I had to shut the room curtains to shower

I loved the interior of the room, the quality finishes and fixtures were really stunning. The buffet breakfast has variety. I would stay here again when I come back to Geneva!

The area itself is a little bit dodgy, would also appreciate a freshly made coffee from a barrister included in the buffet instead of having to pay extra for it!!!
