1. Tout d'abord, vous êtes directement sur la plage avec une vue sur le sable blanc et l'eau vert émeraude en bord de mer!
2. Nous sommes sur le très bon 6ème étage. Un accès facile à la plage et une promenade agréable lorsque les ascenseurs sont trop occupés.
3. Nous avons un parc aquatique "sur la propriété" que les enfants vont adorer. ...Sans frais supplémentaires...
4. Chacune des 3 chambres a sa propre salle de bain privée, plus son propre BALCON surplombant le golfe.
5 Notre condo est le plus propre sur la plage. Nos gens de ménage nettoyer seulement notre unité.
6. La 3ème chambre est un "lock-out" pour plus d'intimité. C'est comme un Efficiency apt. Il dispose d'un réfrigérateur, d'un four micro-ondes et d'une plaque de cuisson.
7. C'est juste sur le golfe, face à l'océan et les vues sont spectaculaires. Superbe vue sur le coucher de soleil tous les soirs!
8. Et les lits sont confortables.

Ceci est un condo de 3 chambres, 3 salles de bains Beach Front - unité de coin Ouest au 6ème étage! Vue dégagée sur Destin. C'est une nouvelle propriété, très bien isolée et calme. C'est aussi le condo le plus propre sur la plage (nos femmes de ménage nettoyer seulement notre unité)!
Surveillez les dauphins, les raies et les requins, ainsi que les familles de pélicans volant au niveau des yeux depuis le balcon. Découvrez le nouveau centre-ville Pier Park avec ses nombreux restaurants et boutiques mignonnes, 2 miles à l'est. Juste à une courte distance à l'ouest nous avons plusieurs villes côtières architecturellement et nationalement acclamées telles que le bord de mer, la plage de Rosemary, la plage d'Alys, et la couleur de l'eau. Le centre d'information de Panama City Beach se trouve à proximité de l'intersection des autoroutes 98 et 79. Miles de belle plage de sable blanc à marcher. Property was beautiful. Floor low enough to take stairs if elevators are busy. The Condo was clean and beautifully decorated, very spacious for our family.

Condo was exactly as described. Check in was easy. Great location. Awesome balcony views. Beds were very comfortable, loved the pillows. Closet full of beach essentials was amazing!! The pack-n-play came in so handy and saved us from having to pack one. Even with 6 adults and 3 children there was plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together!! We try to make it Panama City Beach every few years and would rent 601W again in a heartbeat!!

We enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break week at this condo. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5 adults and 2 small children. There was a good supply of cookware (and even a crockpot). Fast Wi-Fi, loved having a washer/dryer. It was in a great location and easy access to everything we needed. The whole resort was very clean...hallways, bathrooms, pool area. Unfortunately our week didn't have the best weather, it was extremely windy and the beach was double red flags. The pools were heated (but I would have preferred even warmer than they were). The kids splash area was not heated. But that whole area in general was fun and neat! I would definitely stay here again and rent this unit!

We had a great stay at Splash! There was plenty to do on property! Extra convenient that it was attached to an Alvin’s island! The room was clean, check in was super easy, and we made lots of memories that week!

So many things we loved about the property: the views! Loved the ocean from all bedrooms and all windows in the main living area. The cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, beach toys in closet were so helpful. The location of the condo is at the west end and therefore the beach is not as crowded as the resorts in the middle of PCB. The owner was extremely easy to get ahold of if needed. We love coming to PCB in September, less crowds everywhere- it didn’t take us longer than 20ish min to get anywhere.
As a reminder for most anywhere you stay - bring extra toiletries and paper goods. The owners did provide plenty to get started with though. We always do a Walmart grocery pickup for the evening we arrive and it works perfectly.
Parking was close, check in and out was easy. Elevators around checkout time on Saturday was busier as expected, but otherwise no issues with it being off-season.
Splash resort was so fun for our 7 year old girl and twin 4 year old boys. They loved the lazy River, pools, covered splash area with slides, and of course the beach! The weather was perfect while we were there as well as the ocean.
I love reading reviews and find them helpful, so just a few other things - we went to Thomas donuts 2x, 5 min drive from the condo. The kids (and adults) loved the Pirate Sunset Cruise - highly recommend for the views and entertainment.
Our favorite restaurants we ate at were Dat Cajun Place and Wicked Wheel.
Favorite evenings were spent on the beach!

We could not have picked a better place to take the kids to PCB. The condo was spacious, with a view/balcony from every bedroom. This is a 6th floor unit. The resort has a lazy river, outdoor pool, splash area with slides and water falls and right on the beach. We were connected to Alvin’s, a large gift shop and parking was great. I loved that we were not in the congested part of PCB and could access other areas so easily using side streets. We will book here again!

We had a great time staying in the condo. It was the perfect location for my family and I. Splash is very family oriented. Beautiful view of the beach and gulf from every room with our own balcony. Plenty of room for my entire family. We had everything we needed and more. One of the closest’s was full of beach toys and chairs for my grandchildren to use. Anytime I had a question and contacted Ron he quickly responded. When we come back to Panama City we will definitely book with them again.

This condo is a 10/10! Incredibly clean (cannot stress enough how clean it was - not a speck of dust was found), perfect location, and the beach toys/chairs/wagon/etc provided were an added bonus! Would highly recommend!!

The room was as stated. We enjoyed our stay. It had all we needed along with extra items we wound up using. Our only complaints were the remotes were crappy. As far as the facility the elevators are a pain along with one of the pool attendants who takes her job way too seriously. I would book again.

The condo was the perfect location with gorgeous views! There were plenty of beach toys/chairs, even had a beach cart to lug everything down there. The pools were wonderful, wish the lazy river and kids water slides were heated.

Family Vacation
We came to Panama City to play in a softball tournament. We found this condo and we’re excited about staying at Splash for the water park and location being a little further from the main drag of PCB. The pictures of this condo were not what we walked in to. Upon arrival we found each shower and/or shower curtain to be covered in mold. The garden tub shower has a leak at the shower head where water comes out of the drywall. The bathroom floors were covered in hair as if they had not been swept prior to our arrival. The baseboards were filthy. Furniture that is shown in the picture were not actually there. The leather couch was very dirty. The refrigerator had a sticky red juice splattered all over it and the rugs looked as if they had never been washed. While we made it work for the week, we were very disappointed to have paid as much as we did to stay here and it be as dirty as it was. We won’t be back.

Perfect for kids and families, spacious and quiet!
We had an excellent stay at Spash Resort. This is perfect for families with young children 2-6yrs. The condo was extremely spacious, clean and fit our family easily! Each room has a beautiful balcony, a bathroom for each room, and plenty of space to spread out if you need your own quiet time! The resort has a lazy River, a swimming pool, splash pad, and a play area with slides! The children had a blast. We always found seating even though it was busy. This was very much a family and kid resort. Do not expect quiet time at the pool or beach- this is a fun filled area with lots of kiddos to play with!
The condo was quiet, as it’s a big corner unit. You are next to the trash shoot - this is a plus- you do NOT hear anyone using it. You also have enough hallway space outside of the condo for very sandy items and wagons. You also have a TON of hallway foyer space for items in the condo. It is very large and open.
The views are amazing.
The beds comfy.
Tons of sand toys, boogie boards, 2 umbrellas, and a few beach chairs in the condo.
Would highly recommend for families.
Would give a full 5 star rating.

The condo was more than expected. Everything we needed was there that we needed for a great stay. Even if you forgot beach chairs, toys for the beach, etc., the owner made sure that these items were there to use. Would highly recommend renting from him.

Family Vacay
The owner was very responsive and kind. We were quite disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit and the overall facility. Stained linens and sticky countertops and door handles. The owner is definitely not getting his money’s worth from the cleaning crew. The check in and out process is flawless. We also loved the keypad entry; no need to keep track of a key. Thank you!! We loved PCB, and once we cleaned the unit, we were able to enjoy this unit!
