Hello. We were staying last night at this hotel and it was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. 1. The reception refused to provide ground floor room for disabled person who is strike patient and provided his ID disability card, even if they do have free rooms in ground floor. 2. The reception provided the room in smoking part even if she knew we need non-smoking area. 3. The room given was in front of the staircase, so all the time were people crossing. All things are highly discriminating. The other guests next room made a party outside of our room until 3am, drinking alcohol, smoking, speaking laud and used our window as an ashtray. The reception refused to resolve the issue saying that it is not her problem. We never had such bad experience with Premiere Classe Network. We have contacted our lawyer already.

Howdy. I am very disappointed with the room you gave me. dirty room, broken bed, smell of alcohol and tobacco, insects, etc. I'm letting you know that I want my money back.

.They alloted me a room which was already occupied by someone. Later they said that this hotel is full and they will shift me 20 km from there in there other branch. I asked for refund then they again said its OK I will get a room there only.

For 59 euros I expected a better hotel. I wasn't familiar with premiere classe and I doubt I'll book there again. Dated facilities bathroom no better than you would find in a caravan. Paint peeling off in a few places, the bathroom had a steel frame and it had corroded so much that part of it was missing.

If the location is rather good, there is a BIG PROBLEM ; it's the second time we stay there . But we passed over because, by night you can't see the hotel : it's a big and high post , but lights are off ! I lamented already last time about this , but they did nothing since! The consequence was: we search for the hotel,although we passed over without seeing it! It's located at the back of a driveway, and at night, there are dozens of bright spots on the facade , making you think that the hotel stands far behind ; this induces you to search for an other street behind and you miss it !

It was neat and close by to every commercial place you will be needing.. There are no disturbs even though it close to a busy road

They don't give much alternatives:example one room with double bed +simple bed and refuse to enter a family of 2yrs 4yrs and 9 years:they asked to take 2 rooms that is more money (not budgeted before)

It is not because the hotel has a 2 star rating that hygiene can be lacking !! The bathroom had pee in the toilet, no flush was given !!! The state of the sink was deplorable. Also, the receptionist did not speak English, as pointed out on the Booking website.
