Ho apprezzato molto la location. L' hotel dista pochi minuti dal ponte dell'accademia e quindi permette di raggiungere rapidamente piazza San Marco e altri luoghi da visitare senza essere nella zona maggiormente turistica (e questo per noi è un gran vantaggio). A due minuti a piedi ci sono diversi ristoranti per mangiare con vista sulla Giudecca. Al ponte dell'accademia c'è anche la fermata della Linea 1 del vaporetto per chi volesse evitare di arrivare a piedi dalla stazione (noi lo abbiamo fatto e ci abbiamo messo solo 23 minuti a piedi ed è una bella passeggiata con scorci molto suggestivi). La struttura ha anche un piacevole giardino dove sostare. La colazione prevede sia dolci che salati di vari tipi e bevande. La stanza seppur piccola era pulita e con tutti i comfort. Comodissima la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli in deposito prima del check in e dopo il check out.

Le uniche pecche sono state: il bagno senza bidet (ma per una notte basta fare una doccia) e la stanza un po' troppo calda la notte. Poi il divano letto, che per noi è stato il terzo posto letto era un po' duro. Il letto matrimoniale invece molto comodo.

Staff at the desk were not friendly. Both people we encountered seemed bothered and provided little information such as the wifi password, breakfast times, etc. We left an electronic game in the room. It was not turned into lost and found by housekeeping. We called several times to inquire.

Great hotel at a great price! The room was very beautiful and it was cleaned every day. Great location too, as it was very close to the waterbus station.

The staff isn't very good with English, especially the ladies from the restaurant room. Also, the eggs and vegetables from the breakfast were not that great. On the other hand, the desserts are the best!

This hotel is very close to the Accademia Bridge and everything is in very close walking distance. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Check-in and check-out was easy. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was included and it was excellent with lots of choice. It has lots of outside space available where you can sit which is unusual for Venice. There are several nice restaurants around this hotel and it is nice and quiet in the evening. I would recommend this hotel as a good place to stay in Venice. I would stay here again.

Maybe upgrade the television so that you could receive English channels for the news etc.

Staff not very helpful, bathroom not very clean, bed was two pushed together with really hard minimal pillows. Couldn’t change the temperature in the room without going down to the front desk.

Unfortunately, not very much. This was our most disappointing stay in Italy this time. Apologies, but honesty is required at times.

The Rooms are very small. Under the beds have not been cleaned for months, perhaps years. The staff were always ready to dismiss your requests or problem if it meant extra work for them. They always appeared defensive rather than helpful as hotel service should be. Having worked in hotels, they could have done a lot better, even by just smiling occasionally. Some staff members could also do with ad-hearing to grooming and presentation standards. The breakfast wasn't very nice at all; the hotel attempts to serve an American style breakfast but fails in doing so; they should just focus on perfecting an Italian continental breakfast (which is our expectation). When storing bags, there is no concierge or secure storage arrangement; we were asked to leave our bags in a room accessible to public. My overall experience was disappointing and regretfully should have stayed near the Rialto. I hope that this feedback helps this establishment improve for future guests.

It’s at a very good location, the size and cleanliness adds to the value all the more. It was absolutely homely and comfortable staying there.

we accidentally booked one night short of our trip, so we had to extend our stay at the hotel for an additional night to catch the plane home. the staff was very helpful in solving this issue and even gave us a discount on the additional night!

My room was clean and quiet. And the hotel's in a great location! Wifi worked well and I appreciated being able to order a proper expresso at breakfast time. The garden was lovely too.

The air-conditioning in the room didn't work well and the phone didn't work at all. Despite mentioning this multiple times to reception when I returned to the hotel in the evening and requesting that these problems be fixed, nothing was fixed. My room was cleared and my personal belongings thrown out on the last morning before I had checked out! (Luckily I retrieved almost all my things from the cleaning lady, who had been misinformed by reception - but it was nonetheless unpleasant and unsettling). The hotel also seems to have added an annex since the last time I stayed there, which meant that the breakfast room was really overcrowded (and likewise the garden and terrace).
