La ubicación es perfecta y el personal era muy amable.

Se me hizo algo caro para las prestaciones que tenia (hay que recordar que es un hotel 4 estrellas y más bien parecía de tres estrellas) aunque lo salva la ubicación y comodidad.

Our room had a fabulous view of the roman aqueduct, which was beautiful, especially at sunrise and sunset. Great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff who dealt promptly with a minor problem.

Located in a Place super noisy until late during the weekends due the bars in the square. You must sleep with windows closed.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the aqueduct. The car parking is OK

There is no kettle and no coffee machine in the room. Also, the hotel does not have a cafeteria. There is no possibility in the evening to drink tea or coffee in the hotel. is very disappointed. Condition not suitable for the level of a hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the aqueduct. It is then a short uphill walk the main city square. The rooms were very comfortable.

Excellent hotel near Roman aqueduct. Hotel is very good positioned to visit old city, cathedral and Alcasar. Hotel have parking with free places in May.

Amazing location and very friendly staff.

Parking costs 17 euros per night which seems quite a bit of money considering the hotel is much more expensive than others in town. The shower lacked pressure. The room is very outdated and has no character at all which made feel the room quite bare. Could hear people going in and out of their rooms at night and early in the morning, there was quite a bit of noise from the hotel but not from the street.

Air conditioning didn't work, as it was centrally controlled, The staff kept giving excuses, like the engineer, was not on duty, & that floor cannot be controlled. Staff would tell us to keep windows open, which resulted in flies coming in the room & traffic noise!

Big and very nice room with an extremely large and extremely comfortable bed. Location is just amazing - you see the aqueduct from the bedroom window, and it is a few minutes walk to all attractions
