Dat het ontbijt iedere dag anders was en s’avonds begon het diner te laat!

Prachtig hotel, heerlijk ontbijt, super vriendelijk personeel , we zijn meer dan tevreden. Dit hotel is een aanrader.

Het enige minpuntje is dat je er zonder wagen niet geraakt.

Mooi zorgvuldig ingericht hotel, ook in de winter behaaglijk met als extra de jacuzzi op het terras. Bij binnenkomst ruikt het heerlijk, erg mooie tuin en gastvrij ontvangen door het super vriendelijke personeel.

Alfredo on reception was lovely and tried his best. Pool was nice.

No wifi that worked, no cellular reception , rooms electricity was gone when we arrived, room was meant to be cleaned but there was dirty towels and dirty bathtub. No answer from reception. No room or bar service. A hostel would have been better. Very expensive for what I would rate as a 2 star hotel at best.

Quiet good hotel.

They need more staff, but i dont think that is there falt.

Spacious rooms and meticulously clean. Could do with some better lighting in main bedroom but it was minor. Staff very good but Victor was exceptional he goes over and above for the guests to ensure their stay is the best.

The pool was not so clean but it was in the middle of march. However we used it anyway.

lovely calm feel to this hotel which makes it relaxing immediately. staff are delightful- especially Hector and Stella who were so helpful and welcoming. despite not being busy had a great atmosphere

Overall this was an underwhelming and overpriced experience and best avoided. The staff were disinterested and service was certainly not four star. In fact, it was hard to find staff at all. The hotel is gloomy, the decor bland and does not feel cosy or welcoming. Our room was not heated for our arrival, which would have been a simple touch. The room itself was very ordinary and we expected more for the price. There was no coffee maker and just one black teabag. The minibar was empty. I booked a Queen room with a large doubled bed, but got two separate beds. The spa actually costs an additional 60 euros for an hour for a couple, so it's hardly a spa hotel. The restaurant was recommended, but when you pay 32 Euros for a main course you expect to get a few vegetables and potatoes as sides. Not so, one tiny slice of courgette and 2 slivers of sweet potato. A rip off. The creme brullee was runny. Breakfast was very ordinary for the price, poor service, no bowls, cooked food in a warmer that had been there for some time so were luke warm and rubbery. Not enough variety and the restaurant was cold and not very appealing to be in at all. I emailed the manager and got absolutely no response. This was meant to be a romantic treat, but was in fact an expensive let down. Stay somewhere else.

Spa was extremely expensive. Bathroom products were not available or of poor quality.

Nice bed. Biggest I have ever slept in. Did not use any facilities. Car parking was good and the hotel looks good from outside. The pool looked nice but as it was November we did not use it.

Once inside the reception it was quite dimly lit. The wi fi was rubbish. The vegetation on the balcony needed to be cut back. The shower was in need of refurbishment. Pillows were feather and reception had problems finding a non allergenic one.

This stay was perfect - the staff are so welcoming and friendly and always go above and beyond to help with anything they can. The hotel is beautiful - clean everywhere, and we loved the facilities! The pool has a little bridge and is a really nice area with loads of seating. Breakfast is served in the restaurant / terrace area and we enjoyed sitting outside to eat it. Lunch and dinner is also served in the restaurant/terrace, and the options were brill - loved the paella.
