the bed was comfy and there was a small fridge in the room we could use.

wasn’t overlay clean also the room wasn’t serviced with clean bedding or the hot drinks sachets or sugars refilled as it should have been or cleaned in general.

Great location, very convenient for Torquay and surrounding area, very comfortable bed, great cooked breakfast. Excellent value for money for a 2 night stay and we would certainly stay there again if needing accommodation in the area.

Great little guest house just off Belgrade Road. Ideal for seafront, town and the theatre. Parking at the rear or free parking at the front on the roadside. We had the small double on the ground floor but still plenty of room and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious Friendly owner. Would stay again.

The shower was very noisy so didn't want to disturb guests by having a late one in the evening.

The bed was super comfortable as well as the pillows. the additions of having a fridge and a kettle hairdryer etc made it much more home like than other chain hotels.

it was freezing in our room even with the heating on. we went out to buy a blanket and two hot water bottles which made it much better. i imagine it would be LOVELY during spring summer and autumn just a little too chilly in winter

Adrian was a fab host & very knowledgeable about the area, he also does a mean breakfast that went down very well & such great choices (I had smoked salmon & scrambled eggs with toast & my partner had full English, there was plenty of cereal to choose from & fresh juice, tea & coffee & pain au chocolate. The beds are so comfortable & in fact I can say it’s the best I’ve slept in whilst away. Thanks for your hospitality Adrian very much appreciated.

Cooked breakfast was tasty &hot tea coffee & fruit juices were available. Owner made sure we were all satisfied.

This was a cosy little place tucked away just 10 minutes from the sea front. Breakfast was delicious, hot and cold options available. The room was nautical themed and really did feel like home from home. The staff couldn't do enough for you and even picked us up from the station. Wonderful place that we would definitely stay at again

No complaints. Except maybe the unpredictable shower. But considering it's a victorian house, it was expected that the pipes may be a bit unpredictable

Great hosts, the guys there go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. The room was as you'd expect, clean and tidy its in a great location. We will return next time we are in the area.
