Posizione molto comoda all’uscita dell’autostrada. Personale disponibile e gentile.
Sicuramente un hotel senza tante pretese. Materasso molto scomodo, bagno poco agibile con piatto doccia che si riempiva di acqua stagnate ad ogni lavaggio. Poco curato nei dettagli.

Le note positive sono due : il sig Manuel all’accoglienza gentilissimo e la colazione caratterizzata da prodotti freschi.
La struttura è datata, non c’è l’ascensore per arrivare ai piani per le raggiungere le stanze, ci sono delle delle di cavallo in giro oltre ad oggetti di ogni tipo e grosse tende rosse.

Il personale è stato veramente gentile e disponibile. Molto frequente la pulizia degli spazi comuni e le stanze vengono pulite quotidianamente. Viene servita una colazione a buffet monoporzione confezionata, mentre gli alimenti non confezionati vengono serviti dal personale. È possibile cenare in struttura, ma non abbiamo utilizzato questo servizio. Parcheggio gratuito disponibile in loco e all’ombra. L’hotel è a pochi minuti di auto dal centro di Grosseto.
Al nostro arrivo ci è stato detto che la nostra stanza era pronta, siamo saliti in corridoio e abbiamo trovato le signore che stavano facendo le pulizie e quindi siamo dovuti scendere nuovamente ad aspettare la pulizia della stanza. Nella stanza si percepiva odore e l’arredo era molto consumato. La tavoletta della toilette era veramente consumata (non sporca), consiglio al gestore di cambiarle per dare un senso ulteriore di pulizia. L’hotel è dietro ad un distributore (40mt di distanza).

Very run down in need of modernisation.
Bedding was so old I placed clothing on top of bed and slept on top of it. I was too scared to get under the duvet incase I got bitten by bedbugs.
There was a public hair on the toilet seat so cleaning needs to be improved.
Mosquito's in the room - left with bites on our bodies.
Expensive for what we received as we weren't having breakfast but there was no option to pay for room without breakfast

very hard to find! the hotel fo not have a number så gps find a number on the Main Street. there was no sign with light for the hotel so it was not visible in the darkness! We had to ask for the direction in a near by hotel.

The architecture, the transsexual art work in the lobby as well as the equisit breakfast buffet variety. A special mention should receive the roof top terrace. Wonderful view of the sunrise.

The garden. Breakfast was good.
Location was impossible to travel to at dark and alone by bus and by walking the rest of the dirtroad( without streetlight). The day I left the footwalking path was even gated, which seemed unfriendly.

The place is not bat at all, it has a huge parking lot, an outside patio and it's on the side of the main road leading to few destination. It's a fairly stop if you are a driver or if you are looking for a stop while on the road. It's in the middle of nowhere, therefore no traffic, no outside noise, very peaceful and i think biker friendly. The place is the more convenient we found among other accommodations around.
The place needs some serious refurbishment/re-decorating. Walls are paper thin and you can hear people talking and walking by, beds are cringy and everything look, feel and are outdated. Still feel overpriced for some standards, however I think times are tough for everyone in the industry.

The only positives for this hotel are staff, easy access from the main road and somewhat better breakfast than usuall.
Paper thin walls, terrible beds, really in need of a makeover. Internet is non existant in room (our room was just above the reception). Too expensive for what it is.

The Hotel is good, a bit 'old fashion', but it has all the basics you need and the staff is keen to "problem solving" not wasting time on empty mannerism. Plus the Restaurant is good and offers a good set of options for a family or more in general for travelers.
The furnishings are a bit outdated and the breakfast could be improved a bit, but your mileage may vary.
