As a family of four, we really enjoyed our stay in Andy's cosy flat. It's well located, very central yet quiet. It has a decent sitting room/kitchenette leading straight out onto a sunny terrace. Andy was really helpful and responsive. Would recommend.

Nice apartment good area

Just back from a lovely few days in Lanzarote staying in Andys appartment. Lovely quiet area, but still only a 2min stroll to nearest pubs and grocery shop. 10 min walk takes you to the busier streets with great selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. Wonderful pool in the complex, although a little chilly, it was end of November though!! Very spacious appartment, excellent directions from Andy got us there. Found the appartment spotless clean and very comfortable to hang around in when not out and about. Would definatley have it on the list of places to return too!

For a property that had supposedly had a refurb it was basic not very clean, sinks were stained and dirty and some plates were not clean, oven and pans disgusting as well as extractor fan. Notes on doors windows not to open. Tv when working took half hour to load up, then last day or two we had no British channels. Noisy neighbours and even fireworks thrown below on couple of nights.

Nice comfortable apartment with good access to the beach and with private and easy on road parking.

Great communication with Andy the owner from the point of booking. Apartment is perfect for a family of 4 (with 2 teens) and located minutes from Playa Bastian beach and a short walk (10-15 mins) from Plaza Pueblo Marinero. Whilst the complex itself it quiet there are shops, restaurants and bars very close by. Overall would highly recommend.

Great little apartment, set in a quiet development with nice pool area. Good facilities within 5 mins, bars, restaurants and a supermarket. Beach only 5-10 mins and main town close by, everything you need for a relaxing break.

The accommodation was compact and well furnished. We enjoyed using the spacious sunny terrace which did not feel overlooked. Our stay would have been more comfortable if air conditioning was installed or the fans upgraded. The complex was clean, peaceful and well maintained. There was plenty of greenery and the pool was lovely and inviting. I couldn't fault the location as there was plenty of eateries within 1 to 20 min walk. The nearest sandy beach, Playa Bastion was a 5 mins walk away. You must go there during sunrise as the glow is really beautiful. I would be happy to go back again and I can understand why many people buy properties there.

We had an excellent weeks stay in the apartment. It was well equipped and an added bonus was having a washing machine to freshen up our beach towels during the week. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the evenings and the pool area during the day was great wity plenty of sunbeds. We will definately be back again in the future.

Great place for a family holiday. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. Nice balcony for evening drinks. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds. Lovely pools in complex. Would definitely return!

Quiet pool, nearby quiet beach, short walk to a bigger, busier beach with excellent sea swimming.

We had a lovely time here, property was clean and like photos shown. Andy was really helpful and sent every detail we needed to help us with our stay. Main Pool area is lovely, the quiet pool was smaller but we didn’t go in there as we had a child with us and it was silent in there . Only suggestion we would have is for some kind of map of the complex as we had a bit of a nightmare finding the quiet pool and the bins for a couple of days, some day they were moved, some days they had locks on. The beds were extremely comfy and no complaints from any of us about wanting our own beds back home! We couldn’t find any plastic Cups/glasses which would have been great to have, especially for our daughter, but we might not have looked properly. The complex is situated in perfect place, just a few minutes walk to beaches, loads of bars and cafes. Our personal favourite was Erik’s bar for dinner and for breakfast the Cavern bar just round the corner from the complex was nice and really reasonable prices. Plenty of things to do there, excursions , boat trips,sea activities and bike hire. We would definitely go back! Thank you for being an excellent host Andy

Apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. 2 good sized bedrooms and great outdoor space. Complex grounds and pool areas are well maintained. Less than 5 mins walk to 2 supermarkets and bars/resaurants. Close to the sea promenade and beaches. Kitchen is compact but has all appliances and kitchenware to fully self cater. Nice hot shower, double bed was very comforable and black out curtains were great. Outside sun terrace was spacious, not overlooked and had the sun til 14:00. Communication was great, easy access to apartment, lots of information on how to get there and how to get around the neighbourhood. Unexpectedly a solo visit, area felt safe for solo travellers, well lit and in a good area. Linen and towels provided, but not beach/pool towels so remember to pack your own.

Andy the property manager was most helpful and gave very clear and accurate instructions for getting to the apartment. The aartment was great and had everything we needed. The terrace has sun all morning and it was lovely to aatch the sunrise each day. Los Molinos is a beautiful and quiet complex, very clean, lovely pool and really pretty gardens. Restaurants and shops were very close by. We would definitely come again.

Brilliant location, lovely and chilled

The property was clean and had a lovely home from home feeling. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great and was more than big enough for the three of us. The complex itself had a lovely pool and was only a five minute walk to the nearest beach and we would thoroughly recommend it. Communication with the owner was quick and simple and he was very accomodating. Well worth a 5 star review.

This 2 bed property is on a beautiful complex of similar 1 and 2 bed properties , with a fantastic pool and well kept gardens. It is very close to many bars and restaurants and a short walk to the beaches and main shopping and eating areas. The property itself is a spacious property located in a quiet area on first floor .A decent sized bathroom with shower over.The two bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and 1 with twin beds , a very spacious lounge/ kitchen area with plenty of seating, with sliding doors onto good sized balcony with rattan furniture . Although personally we didn’t use any kitchen equipment, there seems to be everything you could need. This is our 2nd time in this apartment and will definitely come again.

We needed accommodation at the last minute and Andy was really helpful in arranging the apartment at such short notice. Information from Andy was clear and his communication about checking in, finding the property, and the local area were really helpful. The apartment itself was nice and clean, and the Los Molinos complex is a great place to stay. The grounds are well kept and all felt clean and safe.

The property was just as detailed, quiet, peaceful and not too far away from everything. Andy's email with all the relevent information, directions etc was a bonus as solo traveller doing it for the first time really helped. It's the little things that make the difference ... the 3 pin plug extension lead as I'd left my travel adaptor at home this was a godsend. I would fully recommend the apartment to anyone who's looking for a relaxing break. I definitly would come back.

Stayed for 6 nights in June. The apartment was exactly as described, a very good location only a few mins walk to the beach and approx 10 mins walk to the main centre. There is a supermarket only 3 mins walk from apartment and a few bars and restaurants nearby. In the main town centre there are more bars and restaurants, very pleasant and good food. The pool is large with plenty of sunbeds available. Nice and relaxed atmosphere. Communications with the apartment owner Alan was very good. A very good holiday.

A lovely, comfortable apartment, clean and well equipped. Ice packs in freezer and good instructions for everything including the washing machine. (Look behind one of the comfy chairs on the shelf for books, magazines, cards, booklets and instructions). The terrace was a great suntrap and more sheltered from the wind although there are great areas around the pool that are sheltered too and no probem getting sunbeds as they can`t be reserved. Fantastic. So much better than Santa Rosa next door! The pool was refreshing but lots of fun and clean to swim in once in. Easy to cook in the kitchen as it had all equipment needed. We used the picnic bag everyday on our travels. The location of Costa Teguise is brilliant. I recommend hiring a car. (We had one for the whole week). We walked from Puerto Collero (after visiting the market) to Puerto del Carmen and back with some super snorkelling on the beach with the fish at Puerto del Carmen. We also snorkelled at the Jubillo beach (A lovely beach) near the appartment as the fish swim so close. It is worth a visit to the restaurant on the beach (Playa de la Garita) near Arrieta as the fish is gorgeous. Great atmosphere and fabulous sunset on the beach as you eat. The view from the Mirador de Haria was brilliant. Excellent for photo shoots! Teguise old town is worth a visit too. The museum for the Timanfiya is free and very good allowing you to walk amongst the lava fields. Then drive on past the camels and round back through the La Geria wine region. So much to do - we visited the caves (although go early as the queues were long!) and the houses of Cezar Manrique. All in all a brilliant location to go any where in Lanzarote and the walk to Costa Teguise itself is pleasant and we found a lovely shop around towards Playa de Las Cucharras to buy clothes and jewellery. The only downside of the apartments was that the restaurants on site were closed as the Terrace Bar is up for sale and The Mill restaurant wasn't functioning either. It did not matter though as it possibly made the pool area more peaceful. Other restaurants very close were in use. Supermarkets very nearby. Thank you Andy. Will definitely return.

Nice apartment in a tidy complex, pool area kept really clean, in the Playa Bastian area so approx 15mins walk into Costa Teguise centre and main beach. €3 in a taxi. Still bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate vacinty, pub on the edge of the complex and a takeaway food place. Apartment has good WiFi and everything else you need. Clear and helpful communication with Andy the owner

A superb stay in a really lovely two bedroomed apartment located on the attractive Los Molinos complex. The apartment had everything you could possibly need on holiday and was immaculately clean on arrival. Communication with Andy was absolutely superb and everything was dealt with in an incredibly professional and cheerful manner. Nothing was too much trouble! The location is superb with lots of decent restaurants and bars in the immediate area and a short walk down to the beach at Bastian. Most definitely recommend and will be staying again....you can't go wrong here. Thanks again for everything Andy!

Fabulous property on a lovely resort. We definitely look forward to returning again in the not too distant future.

This apartment is very well equipped, plenty of room for four people, very clean, beautifully situated and secure. We found the overall arrangements faultless with easy communications and details. The area around Los Molinos has great bars, restaurants and shops all within easy walking distance. We will definitely be back .

Having already stayed in three different properties in Costa Teguise before – this apartment knocked spots off the rest. In future we will just return to here.
