Perfect location and very clean apartement. Part of an old house restored into a very attractive studio in old town Menton. Close to most of the restaurants and a great beach just 2 min away. Right in the middle of the most scenic part of beautiful Menton! The apartement had lots of equipment making our stay very practical. Water and wine in the fridge, beach towels and chocolate to welcome us. The host was kind, helpful and professional. I want to come back!

The only thing we missed was a dishwasher.

The flat description included 2 beds and 2 sofa beds, but we only had 2 beds and 1 sofa bed. One of us had to sleep on a thin mattress topper on the floor. The lady who welcomed us was very argumentative and aggressive about it when we pointed that out.

This is a gorgeous apartment in a lovely little city. I loved the location and layout (incredible views and the beach is on your doorstep). The facilities are perfect for a small group, especially the well stocked kitchen where you can make use of the incredible local produce from the market. Micaele is so nice and helpful, she made it so easy to settle in. There's a lot of stairs/incline throughout the city (it's built into the base of a mountain) so be mindful if you have a big suitcase or mobility issues. It's a gorgeous place though, I couldn't recommend enough.

Very charming apartment in the heart of the old city. Modern and well renovated, it has everything you need including a washing machine. Very friendly owner will help with parking and check-in. Highly recommended!

Excellent location (though mind the many steps), beautifully located in the old part of Menton. We loved this apartment, the host has thought about every little thing and the kids were so excited to explore the small but complete place.

Modern, well equipped apartment in nice location of old town, close to the beach, restaurants and shopping area. Free on-street parking is available not far from the apartment, although quite difficult to find free slot during high season. Locate uphill - we were happy to have a bit of extra exercise running steps up and down. Very friendly host Micaële, which helped with parking and overall navigation.

Microwave would be a benefit. Quite slow WiFi ( ~5 mbps). Air-conditioner was broken. As substitution, we had on floor air conditioner as temporary solution, but exhaust pipe has to be sticked into open window, which did not make it efficient as hot air was getting in.

Best was that we could reach everything on foot,Monaco by train. Many nice restaurants in the area,our favourite: Volcano Pizzeria in the town. Beach is for free, great,clean and modern compared to overcrowded, low standard and expensive paying beaches in the neighbouring country.Beaches in Menton with clean and modern toilets and lock up places, changing wardrobes all for free! It's definitely worth going over the border.

Air conditioning was not working properly or was just too small for the apartment, land lord promised to have it checked. Bathroom and toilet are very small, but all houses seem to be extremely small in the old town,so I guess it's not unusual. The apartment is very nicely decorated, for me a bit overdone, to open the bed downstairs a table and the swing chair had to be moved always back and forth, we packed some deco away so that we can have place for our small everyday things.
