Wir waren zu einen Business Tripp zur Monaco Yacht Show in dem Apartment. Der Vermieter Thierry is sehr nett und kommuniziert rechtzeitig. Er hat uns vor der Tiefgarage (ca. 2 min Fußweg) empfangen und persönlich zur Wohnung gebracht. Die Wohnung liegt unter dem Dach und bietet einen tollen Blick in Südwestliche Richtung über Menton. Man kann vom Balkon das Meer sehen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem nützlichen ausgestattet, so auch mit einer Klimaanlage. Man kann sogar mit 3 Personen hier verweilen, wobei es für längere Mietzeiträume zu zweit angenehmer ist. Thierry hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe einen Wein überreicht und es gab sogar Nespresso Kaffee Kapseln. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in der Altstadt von Menton. Viele Restaurants, Bars, Bäcker und die Einkaufsstraße befinden sich direkt am Hauseingang. Auch ein Spar Supermarkt ist in 2 min Fußweg erricht. Der schöne Strand ist nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Der Bahnhof von wo aus man schnell nach Monaco kommt ist in ca. 20min Fußweg entfernt. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

We loved our stay at Le Cap, awesome location close to everything from restaurants, the beach, supermarket etc as well as a great market almost next door. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay and Thierry, the owner, has put a lot of effort into making sure his guests have everything required. The parking was a bonus as was the view from the balcony. Great base to explore Monaco and Eze, all accessible by train/public transport from this location as well as the beautiful Menton, We will definitely be back at some point in the future.

Clean, recently refurbished so all facilities are modern and in perfect condition. nice little balcony with view of sea and inland to the mountains. position in the area is good for access to bars, restaurants and the sea. Parking is close by. the apartment is on top floor with 4 flights of stairs. we knew this when booking. there is air conditioning.

the property is every bit as good as described and as such there is nothing we would criticise. other reviews criticising the stairs and the aircon unit being on the balcony (nowhere else to put it) are unfair.we knew there were stairs when we booked the place and would prefer to have aircon than a little more room on the balcony.

Very comfortable and well equipped studio apartment in a fantastic location. We liked the tiny balcony with sea and Mountain Views.

We liked everything. The place is simply perfect, with all you may need and more. Nothing really was missing. The location is ideal as it is very central in Menton, in the pedestrian aerea, but still close to buses and train station. Plenty of places where to eat or just buy bread and fruit nearby. And Thierry is a perfect host. Thank you for everything.

Kitchen working space was limited, but it gave us an excuse to eat out!
