We will definitely use this house for future trips. The house is very spacious and comfortable. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Communication was great.

Excellent property

Our stay was short but we really felt like we were at home. The house was very spacious, clean and cozy. It was well stocked with all necessities.

There were 3 groups from home that came to Havasu. 3 different houses. Everyone liked this house the best. We lived the home it was convenient, close too things and very nice and welcoming. The owners are amazing to deal with. And we most definitely will stay there again. And we love Havasu.

This house was stunning, worked perfectly for our group of 3 families with kids ages 3 months -13 years old. Pat had good communication. A few frustrations came up: the fridge doesn’t get real cold, expect to have to put most things in ice chests and the freezer. The hot water in the second master takes a long time to get warm - and warm is the highest. The most frustration came after checkout with a bogus extra cleaning fee. There were two charges that were accurate, that we understood and agreed with. But we were charged an extra cleaning fee that was unfair. There were absolutely no cleaning products in the house, we actually went out and bought some. We kept the house VERY clean - and then was charged extra??!? No way. After discussing with all the families that were there with us, it was an absolute consensus that the house was left clean. Pat said “sticky counters and floors”... we wiped everything down with Clorox wipes that we had to go buy - but we figured that is why we paid the cleaning fee because the deep cleaning would be done after we left. Definitely left a bad taste in our mouth, which is unfortunate because we had a lovely stay.

The house was actually bigger than the pictures showed. Nice and neat interior with a nice big pool. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again.

I hesitate to say how great this house is because I don't want it to always be booked up, but the house is great!! We had our two daughters and a few of their friends and had a great time. The house/bedrooms were perfect for our group. It is very well laid out and the kitchen has everything you could need. The pool and jacuzzi were exactly what we needed after a day on the lake. Communication was easy and Pat responded to everything very quickly. He was wonderful to work with and we would love to stay in this home again!

This is the 2nd time we have rented this house. It’s the perfect size, clean and we love the backyard. The pictures look just like the house and it’s a straight road to the bridge. We can’t wait for our next trip!

Beautiful home!

The pictures definitely don’t do this property justice. It’s super clean, has everything you need and a great pool to entertain the kids. We went with another couple so having a double master was AMAZING! We can’t wait to stay here again.

Property was very nice. The propane tank on the grill was empty as were the two spare tanks. When i inquired about the situation i was told to exchange a tank at the local gas station. i was surprised that propane would not be provided with the property. the overall experience was delightful for myself and family Kevin

Affordable, spacious and private! Would stay here again. I love the house, its hard to find a house like this to rent. So many folks in Havasu have big money they don't need to rent there houses. This was a treat indeed.

After traveling the Arizona Peace Trail in our RZR it was nice to be able to relax in this house and play in the pool. Would rent it again.

Pat was a great host! Accommodated us on such short notice (and saved us from a not so good rental home) Absolutely beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. Fit our whole family of 12 with plenty of room to be comfortable. The backyard and pool was amazing!! The kids never got out of the pool. We had one issue with a breaker being flipped which was no big deal at all and they sent someone over right away to fix the issue. Definitely went above and beyond. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

The home is very lovely and is perfect for 6 couples or a large family. Very easy access off the main road but also felt secluded enough for privacy in quiet neighborhood. AMAZING communication with owners!!

We loved our stay. House was perfect for a large group. We did Christmas there. The owners have been amazing communicating with us! Easy check in and check out.
