The location is great, near metro exits. There are many place to eat around the hotel. The room is spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We stayed 3 night and really had a great time in Busan.

The room was spacious and had very comfortable beds. Perfect for short stay. Hotel is perfectly situated near many restaurants and cool little Streets.

The room lacked some kind of closet or so to keep clothes in. The bathroom wasn't the most clean in the world.

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. I would not stay here again nor would I refer anyone I know to stay at this hotel.

The front desk staff wasn’t nice. Hotel is run down. My two rooms that I booked were on two different floors and they weren’t able to put us all on one floor. Tried to go to the lounge in the hotel and we were told “Koreans only.” Both rooms were hot and ac control was not in English. I complained about the ac not working via phone to the front desk three times and they kept hanging up on me. I was ready to find a new hotel. Finally I went down to the front desk to complain about the ac not working and got the staff to go to my room to fix the ac. Great, the ac is finally working correctly but on the second night the ac shuts off in the middle of the night and we woke up sweating. Thank goodness we were checking out the next morning. I WOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN!!!

Very good location. When we left on 25 Mar 2023, the hotel finished its renovations and now has a small dining area with microwave and tea/coffee facilities.

Room was a little bit warm at night, need to open window a bit.

Location location location, easily accessed any transportation and just few minutes walked to get jagalchi market, all others famous markets as well. The morning sandwich was yammy every day, room was clean and good enough size. Hotel price was make me smile, I should go again this hotel.

The location was very central and had very easy access to many shops in Nampo-Dong within walking distance. Room was big as well!

Heater was a little warm and could not be switched down to a lower temperature. So the room was quite warm after a while and we needed to open the windows for cool air to enter.

The place is convenient to find once we settle down after going through train station. Location likewise, a superb central to all trains and buses, closer to Jagalchi Market and Biff Square.

Nothing that I can complaint about.

The location is excellent. Loads of restaurants nearby. Metro and buses are right outside the building. The room is spacious. Tv in the room has Netflix service.

Despite the room being spacious, there is not enough surface to put stuff on. One more table or chair would be nice.
