The most beautiful property in peacefully ideallic surrounds. Everything you would would want or need provided. A fabulous sandy beach a short drive away which was quiet and peaceful. Lovely restaurants and taverns in kiti and mazotos, with a must visit to the camel park. Many visits to cyprus but this was the best villa by far

Great value for money, great layout, lots of space. My only criticisms would be that the UK satellite tv didn’t really work, the picture kept freezing and interior of the property is beginning to look a little tired. We were the last guests of the season and I’m sure maintenance will be carried out during the winter. Not a complaint, more of an observation. Overall it was exactly what we paid for. I would definitely consider staying there again.

Great home and great location, everything you could wish for and more including extras you sometimes have to rush for and go and get when you 1st check in. Easy to get to Larnaca and Limassol. Mazatos beach very close and good, Kiti restaurants excellent and value for money.

A comfortable, well- equipped villa in a quiet corner of Cyprus. So peaceful and yet so handy to reach many places around the island. Stephen’s communication was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Second time at the villa and is very relaxing and quiet, if this is what you’re your looking for would recommend this Villa , would totally look to book a third time.

This was our second stay at the villa and it did not disappoint! The villa had everything you could possibly need with stunning views over the fields. We had a really relaxing stay and can’t wait to return next year. Steve was really great leading up to the stay, and during, with really fast communication going above and beyond! It was also really helpful to have Pat and Keith close by who were really welcoming and able to help with anything.

Just what we needed. The villa is in an amazing location. Only 5 mins drive to the local unspoilt beach where we swam most days and had an excellent fish meze at the local restaurant there. We enjoyed the tranquil setting overlooking the countryside. The villa is very well equipped and has had everything you need with a neigbour on close hand if we had any questions. The local village is a short walk away where there are 2 well stocked supermarkets, a restuarant and a couple of bars. The owner also gave many recommenations which we found very useful. I can highly recommend and hope you enjoy

Communications with Stephen were excellent throughout the stay, before during and after. Well equipped and comfortable accommodation with thoughtful touches. Mazotos is an easy drive from Larnaca airport with beaches nearby. If you have children they will love the Camel Park which is just 2 minutes away by car ( well, we 'Big Kids' did anyway!). Good restaurants in the locale and incredible Cypriot hospitality everywhere. Would certainly stay again - thanks for a great stay Stephen!!

Nice accommodation in a good location. Easy walk to supermarket which has all you need. Pool is nice and clean (can be in shade quite a while due to location relative to house). Lovely and quiet. Easy to find with good clear directions. Location allows easy access to towns and coast with some lively beaches close by.

Totaly worth it, had great 3 weeks!

This villa is in a great location close to Mazotos village and the beach. The views are perfect and it is nice and quiet overlooking open fields. The villa is large and spacious, exactly as advertised. The pool is great, large and not cold (well used on our vacation). The BBQ was a great bonus for us. Great communication with Steve, he always responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We wouldn't hesitate in returning.

Beautiful villa with everything you need. Fantastic pool, cleaned twice a week by very helpful friendly neighbour. Mazotos tavern, good wholesome food, owner very welcoming, lovely waitress. Car needed to get about the area to sightsee, well worth it. We had a lovely break and would definitely consider returning in near future. Villa owner excellent contact and service.

The villa is in a quiet location, only 15 minutes walk from Mazotos village centre, where there is a well-stocked supermarket (second one on the left!) and a friendly, reasonably priced tavern. We had an extremely relaxing and enjoyable week there.

The property was very good pool spotless cleaned every day but it was the hunting season and woken every day at 6am by gun fire. this went on most of the morning then again in the evening Saturdays were the worst. This all from the olive grove at the end of the garden. After the first 4 days tryed to get flights out but didnt have enough money. The owner offered a refund if we left for any remaining days the property wasn`t used but couldn`t afford anywhere so had to stick it out. If the write up had said there could be hunting in the area we ciuld have made an informed choice.

This villa is perfect for those who want peaceful tranquil surroundings ,but very close to lovely beaches and great restaurants. The villa has everything you could need including a wonderful pool overlooking serene olive groves. The owner was extremely helpful with the booking process, and we were given loads of information about Mazotos, good restaurants, nice beaches etc. I would highly recommend this villa, and we will be booking again for next year. This property was just what we were looking for, quiet area, clean and spacious accommodation with a pool. Communication with the owner was very good. We are already considering returning next year!

My two friends and I have just returned from a wonderful week in Villa Elias Thea. The Villa itself is a wonderful quiet oasis which we had to drag ourselves away from in the morning! It is very well equipped, beautifully laid out and in a very quiet area on the edge of the village of Mazatos. The small "breakfast" terrace was a lovely start to the day, followed by a relaxing morning by the lovely pool and beautifully kept garden areas. We didn't venture far, but found some wonderful places to visit each day: the lace and silver jewellery at Lefkara, archaeological parks at Paphos and Kourion and closer to home the village of Kiti and the Hala Sultan Tekke on the Salt Lake by Larnaca Airport. We also caught the bus into Larnaca one day, the bus stop is on the main road, just a short walk away. There is a very good shop in the village at the square where we got fresh vegetables and fruit every day as well as all our other supplies. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and even though we were early in the season, the weather was wonderfully warm. Stephen is a great host and everything is well prepared and covered in a very concise document received before we left home. We would certainly recommend this Villa to anyone considering a quiet, relaxing holiday and we all hope to revisit some time in the future. Jennie Atkinson

great villa lots of little extras , quiet , just what we needed to unwind.

Lovely spacious villa. Five of us stayed here and there was plenty of room for all of us. The pool was great and Keith kept it and surrounding area very clean. We had a couple of great BBQs buying steak from the butchers Steve recommended, really good quality at a very good price. The local supermarket has most of what you might need at reasonable prices. We ate at the local tavern a few times, nice food good sized portions. Would strongly recommend staying here, it's a lovely peaceful area. The weather was very hot for the entire 2 weeks we were there

Four of us stayed here for a week. Plenty of space, comfortable, brilliant BBQ one night and the pool was amazing!

Great place to relax would definitely go back and stay there, Stephen and Carol are so helpful the villa is in a lovely location and the pool was fantastic. I would recommend the villa to anyone who wants a quite and relaxing holiday, even my 16 year old son enjoyed it. Amanda from Kent

We loved our stay at this villa. It had everything we needed and we could relax from the moment we arrived as it has a lovely homely feel. The pool was fantastic and we enjoyed the tranquility of the area. Shopping for food is easy, with plenty of options close by. Local taverns are also wonderful to eat at. Highly recommended.

Great villa, lovely pool, welcome breeze every afternoon pool side and within walking distance of the local village. Great location for Larnaca and McKenzie beaches which were very child friendly. Lots of towns and villages within driving distance. Overall had a great time and would definitely go back to this area and villa!

Went for a week with my two best friends for a “girls” holiday. The villa was exactly what we wanted. Quiet location, well equipped and with the essential air conditioning. The pool was private, good size with plenty of space for sun loungers. There are two good sized parasols for those who like me, need a bit of shade. The pool is deep at one end so families with young children would need to be exceptionally careful. We hired a car for the week which is advisable. There are plenty of good restaurants and shops a short drive away. The car port was great for keeping the car cool until we needed it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We were there for just over a week and the villa provided a perfect base for our trips across Cyprus, it was really a home from home. The facilities were very good, with one very minor gripe. that being the Wi-Fi did not seem to work. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay, many thanks Stephen for letting us stay at your home
