المكان نظيف وموقعه ممتاز جدا والخدمات قريبه حوله واشكر موظفين الاستقبال البشوات على استقبالهم البشوش ومعاملة الزوار بأريحية تامة

Nothing was good

It was super dirty. The water heater was in the bathroom in front of the shower. The was only one towel, when I asked the staff they told me we only provide one towel each room not matter how many people are in the room .

Staff are not friendly. Hostile. Also, having a staff member who understands some English will help help foreigners. Except, of course, the hotel is meant only for people who understand and speak Arabic

Receptionist very friendly and helpful. Staff was very very friendly as well. The hotel has a central location, easy to go anywhere.

We were 2 and got only one towel for both. Will be nice to have a towel for each person out of hygiene. Also to offer hair dryer.

spacious and good value for money

- Communication is a problem, Staff doesn’t speak English. - WIFI unavailable - Iron mentioned in facilities but unavailable in room, when asked staff said external laundry will provide 5 hours iron service . - Laundry never provided but charged in the invoice, staff says its our default system invoice. Finally settled with a manual invoice.

Clean clean clean, location location location. Very nice place close to downtown with very helpful staff that really helped out with everything.

The bathroom could use a little love. not dirty at all, just worn.

The hotel has its hay-day long behind. The bathroom and kichenette facilities need modernizing. Yet, it has everything one may wish for to have a comfortable stay, even breakfast is delivered to your room. Also, a perfect location close to the main street and district (Olaya) make it a good address.

Disappointingly, the Wi-Fi is very poor.
