For the first day, my room was not clean, what they have done they only changed the bed sheets and added new towels. They didn’t vacuum, didn’t wiped the tables, have bot added any new teas and coffee, toilet was very dirty. When I checked the room at night i called the room service the guy answered and promised that my room will get a deep clean in the morning.. guess what !!!! I left the room in the afternoon got back at 2:00 am and no one came and cleaned my room NO HOUSEKEEPING been done that night.. i have reached out to the manager on duty that day (who were out of the hotel do finish some stuff!!) Very weird to have a hotel manager that not on site. Anyways i reach out to General Authority for Tourism and raised a complain, they were very supportive.
