Sofa bed very comfortable for two people

No bar facility and very limited. Ní tonic water or any ice to mix spirits. Was told it was not obligatory that ice was stocked so no G and T or iced martinis. Gate to pool closed so had to remove shies to get access to pool areas. Toilet not flushing and control fell off wall. Studio initially offered was extremely small so had to upgrade. Car parking over 120 for a week so after upgrading room and car park it added another 500 for a weeks stay. Not a good price and totally non negotiable. Very very strict check out as was rang at 10.04 to ask where were we and when were we going to check out. This was after a 17.00 check in.

Location was very good, 5 minutes walk from the beach (although in this area a large part of the beach is private - owned by the hotels, and not accessible to the public). It was great to have private parking, the public parking is rather expensive in that area of Cannes. They had swimming pool and sauna (although we did not use). Private property, gated, so you can only enter if you had the access codes.

The apartment was not very clean, no toiletries whatsoever offered (it is rather disappointing not to provide you with a basic soap so that you can wash your hands after going to the toilet), 1 toilet paper roll for 4 nights stay. We could have both these beforehand but there was no indication at any point that they do not provide basic toiletries and facilities. A very tall bathtub, difficult to get in to take a shower (a shower would have been much more useful, as it would have been easier to use and probably a bit cleaner). Fan not working in the bathroom, so we had to ventilate the steam through the room and balcony (easier to do in summer, but inconvenient in April). When we checked in, there was at the reception a member of staff that wasn’t particularly nice (although at checkout the person there was nice). Constant reminders in the room that you had to clean the room yourself on checkout (otherwise you will be charged extra). This made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable like we were expected to leave a mess (not everyone will do so). A very small car park with small parking spaces.

you could hear lots of people through the walls. a bit hard to sleep because of loud noises. there was no shampoo conditioner or extra rolls of toilet paper

Everything provided. There is a pool a kitchen. Nice location. Shopping street around the corner, beach down the street. Pretty garden. Very kind staff. The balcony size changes per room.

Folding the bed in and out every day is very heavy. The room is too small whe the bed is out, you can’t walk around it. The table is suare and in a bad shape, you will bump into it. you have to bring your own towel for swimming. There was construction down the road at the time.
