The location is perfect, very close to the city center and shopping mall, shops. Perfect place to explore Malaga city. Staff is super friendly, always greeting the customers at any moment, when you need anything, they send someone to bring to the room. The breakfast has lots of choices, lots of teas (not tea bags) to choose. The bed, shower were very good. They always bring water and chocolates to the room in the afternoon, very nice gestures. There are bathrobes and slippers in the bathroom. They have eye for details.

Accueil du personnel au lobby et son écoute pour un problème de voisinage . Chambre très bien petit déjeuner excellent avec un bon service du personnel sur place

Персонал був уважним.Номера з ремонтом та сучасні. Гарний бар. Скрізь дуже чисто. Цілодобова стійка реєстрації. Поруч великий торговий центр з чудовим супермаркетом.
Басейн зачинявся о 8-й годині вечора, як і вся територія біля нього. А він знаходиться на даху і з нього відкриваються гарні види.Хотілося б просто ввечері посидіти там на терасі та подивитися на нічне місто.
А ще номера були дуже маленькими.Для мене одної це чудово,але навіть для пари буде затісно.

We had a fabulous stay at NH Malaga. We booked a junior suite and it was incredible. The staff are very friendly and super attentive. Breakfast was superb and the waiting staff lightening fast at clearing dirty plates. The location was fantastic, a 5 min walk to the market and then a few more to the historic centre, which is stunning! The pool was welcome relief from the heatwave. Our stay was so good I’m booking to return in November for a birthday treat.

There was a huge range of food to choose from. It was well-presented and topped up regularly. Staff were very efficient and friendly. Tables were spaced well and cleared immediately they were vacated.

Vi prøvede restauranten, og kødet til den ene menu var uspiseligt. Vi kom ganske vist ikke til at betale for menuen, men personalet tilbød heller ikke en anden ret som kompensation, så der var en som ingen mad fik den aften.

On arrival we were impressed with the overall feel of the hotel. It was pristine and we were made to feel very welcome by staff.
Rooms were spotless clean and bed very comfortable. Shower was excellent. Overall we were delighted with our rooms. The hotel even left a birthday cake for my niece who was 21. Nice touches were also a new bottle of water each day and if you didn’t want your towels changed the hotel gave a voucher for a free drink.
We had a great stay so struggle to find anything negative. If I had to pick something id say the outlook wasn’t great. We were in block 2 and overlooked roof tops.

Great location for exploring Malaga and the old town. Staff let us leave our bags as we were too early for check-in. The hotel is clean and rooms have nice touches such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel etc. The bar prices are good too. You always expect to pay more in a hotel bar, however, this hotel bar is very competitive. The staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. We would stay again for sure!
We didn't realise they had a pool and gym until the last day. Maybe the staff could have said when we checked in.

liked having the balcony, enjoyed the fountain nearby especially lit at night. I like staying in this location, no traffic noise, especially liked the outdoor area for an excellent potent sangria . Public area very attractive, bonus was the carnival Sunday assembling outside the hotel. The location of hotel is excellent mainly pedestrianised, close to railway and Maria Zambrano Station,close to El Corte Ingles, easy access via bridges to the central area of Malaga. I am a great fan of Malaga

The hotel is gorgeous, from the hotel reception to the rooftop pool and bar and the staff made the stay even better! They were very attentive and even left a lovely birthday cake and message in the room, as it was my boyfriends birthday. They also let us check out late as our flight wasn’t until the evening, at no extra charge !
Would highly recommend this hotel and will be back!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, including maids and barstaff. The hotel itself is located 5 minutes from the city centre which was fantastic and was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. The drinks and cocktails were also fantastic, however the restaurant menu could be better.
Had a real issue with our next door neighbour playing music so Loud it made the walls vibrate. 3 days in a row I had complained, the hotel had requested they turn it down, however on the second night I had to go back to reception again at 3am and ask them to sort it out. After the first 2 complaints I had thought they might have removed those staying or moved them to another room away from other guests however. Each time they just called to the room to request they turn the music down.

Central location - right near the food market, town centre and Soho area. Friendly staff. Modern interiors. Spacious well appointed foyer. Roof top pool area was great bonus for the hot weather.

A big business hotel that has managed to keep a family atmosphere. We got fantastic service from the front desk on both our visits. The breakfast was enormous with the biggest selection I have experienced. An experience not to be missed and it tasted good. We tried the evening restaurant which was not quite on the same level.

I asked for 4 extra pillows + 2 extra towels because of my back problems. They were in the room when we arrived.
Also we got the early check-in and late check-out without any trouble.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to shops, station etc.
Hotel was immaculate. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom immaculate and modern.

Initially the young red haired receptionist wasn't very friendly or welcoming however, the rest of the staff more than made up for it.
