Television is not a SmartTV The giant table is useless since you can't cook: the kitchen didn't have an oven or a stove or pots and there was not even 1 courtesy tablets for the dishwasher The service made the beds but has not washed the coffee cups There is never anyone in reception We received a message to explain where to collect the keys but instead the keys were to collected at the restaurant I asked in advance if it was possible to collect the keys earlier and they replied that was possible. But when, on the check-in day, I wrote asking when to come, if the room was ready, I haven't received any answer

Nice and spaceous rooms, comfortable bed and beautifull bathroom. Check-in lady very kind and nice, hotel offers also free entry to Kaprun spa. Hotel is in a calm neighborhood but restaurants and shops are in a short walking distance.

Breakfast - variety of food very basic, only few pieces of vegetable and fruit, no hot meals at buffet such as eggs or sausagge. Only once we had been offered scrambled eggs, next day we had not been even asked if we want anything like this. Worst of all were flies. Sitting in the restaurant full of flies around food and yourself is not pleasant experience at all. We stoped comming to breakfast on the third day. Second unpleasant experience was the fact, that kitchen staff was having their cigarette break right bellow our window. We could not even open the window without having cigarette smoke all over our room. It is very uncomfortable.

The location was great and has a good view. We have stayed in two bedrooms apartment with kitchen and two rest rooms in August . The apartment is clean and has excellent decorations. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking tools. The woman we met at the reception was polite and respectable. I strongly recommend this apartment.

There is no A/C. But once you open the window , you will have a fresh air and cool.

Everything was excellent! The restaurant, the view from the room, the room and the personnel. Petra was very helpful, providing us all the details and advices about the attractions.

Perfect location, great breakfast service, very comfortable newly furnished appartment (new building), nothing to complain about. Proactive accommodation messaging about need for dinner reservations, flowers arrangements, entry to Spa etc. Dinner needs to be booked in advance due to usually full restaurant - very good food indeed and great portions. Very friendly atmosphere overall. 3rd day at breakfast the waiter already immediately brought our standard tea and espresso morning order without asking - great touch!

Nothing to improve, we were very satisfied with everything. Maybe during rain and freeze slippery way in the front of the building, should I really look for something to comment on.

It had excellent facilities and the room was a good size for 1 person. Rooms were quiet, and the general feel was modern with a lot of storage (3 cupboard spaces) which would be great for longer stays! It had a central location and the staff were quite friendly. The inclusion of the Tauern spa access was great, especially as the weekend I was there was quite bad with the weather.

Very helpful staff at the reception. The apartment was very nice with a balcony, comfortable beds and a nice bunus is free entry to the Tauern Spa.

What we really didn't like was the breakfast. Very reluctant staff who showed us every morning that we were from the Czech Republic (Eastern Europe). The other guests (Western Europe) had coffee ready, etc. (there was a great reluctance to bring us anything). The choice of food for breakfast is very limited (if you have a child, it is de facto impossible for them to choose something). Only three meals (all egg combinations) can be ordered from the menu. And what amused me personally was the surcharge for the egg amolet 2.5 EUR :) (you probably have to pay one egg extra).

Mrs Kathrin was extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment was brand new, well equipped and spacious. The excellent location with the ski bus right outside the front door. Very good breakfast and the menu in the restaurant. Enjoyed spa visits after skiing. Ski room with heated lockers.

Kathrin was extremely welcoming, helpful and responsive. The location was excellent with the ski bus right outside the front door. Also walkable to restaurants and supermarket in Kaprun. The 2 bedroom appartment was really well equipped and spacious for a family of 4. Enjoyed the Austrian menu in the restaurant- food really well presented.

Excellent facilities. Outstanding breakfast. In the evening fine dining across the street. Spa visits after skiing on some days available for the guests. Ample parking spaces. Convenient ski lockers.

Nothing significant enough to complain about.
