Large and clean room, friendly staff, very good breakfast

Great location to get around Brindisi and so close to rail station. The staff were very helpful and welcoming

Great location, a short distance away from the central historical area. Incredibly friendly and helpful front desk staff that went above and beyond.

It was a lovely hotel with great staff. we arrived around 8:45 pm and Elisa was Great. She went out of her way with her customer service. The whole staff were excellent.

no elevator, no one there in the night to help with any sort of problems. No one to help get luggage from car through the tiny streets to the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious and full of choices. The salon was light and airy and in warmer weather there was an out side breakfast terrace with a lovely street view

Briliiant clean comfortable breakfast is great

The family room was large and comfortable. easy access with suitcases and the staff were friendly and helpful. property is on a beautiful street in the centre of the city close to many sights.

Nice accommodations lots to do with great service well kept property. The road getting in and out of property from the street I very bad and dangerous!

1. You had to ask reception to turn your rooms air con on? every single time!? 2. They are not double beds just awful squeaky old singles pushed together. Not ideal for couples trying to make love. worst hotel bed ever. 3. Dusty rooms with musty damp smells. 4. Staff had no real knowledge of how to get around without your own car. Just told us it was a number 4 bus to a certain beach. it wasn’t. 5. Rooms safe didn’t work.

The first night was very noisy and hot but we did not know we had to ask reception to turn on the air conditioning. Second night was way better.

Air conditioning not working. Very poor breakfast. Needs urgent renovation.

Totally not worth the price. The hotel is very old and the airconditioning was broken. We did get a small compensation, but we still had to sleep in a room in which it was 28 degrees. I definitely do not recommend this place.

Breakfast is superb as always :) Location is best as it's just few steps away from the train station and bus station.

They could improve the free wifi connection in the room. Refrigerator in the room was not cooling properly.

The hotel location next to the train station was perfect. I arrived very tired and slept long and well in the comfortable room.

Really poor breakfast for a 4* hotel. Eggs and bacon almost uneatable, coffee from the machine undrinkable… Great location but a lot of noisy traffic which feels like you are sleeping next to a highway. Rooms clean but quite oldschool.
