Our recent stay at the Beach Villa was for a large family holiday and the size of the villa did not disappoint with plenty of rooms on offer. We were warmly welcomed at the villa on our arrival. The main bedroom with en-suite was a great size and nicely decorated and had a bath which is not often available abroad! The kitchen is spacious and plenty of space and fridges to cater for a party of 13. The added bonus of a washing machine with washing detergent was amazing and great to go home with less washing! The location is superb in that the beach is a minute walk away and has some nice restaurants nearby. The location is great in that you don’t need a car and a five - ten minute walk to the supermarket and bars but there are electric scooters to hire which make it a lot easier and cost a couple of euros on the Hoppy app. This is a great villa for a large family and Dave was very responsive to our needs and dealt with our enquiries swiftly. Thanks for creating some happy family memories.

Superbly situated property for both young and old. The group ranged from under 2 to 85 yrs old and with the location it was easy to get to the beach and nearby sea front restaurants, or plenty of space around the villa for quiet if you wished. Would recommend a car to get to the shops especially for a large group. On a personal note I would like to thank Dave and especially Alex for all his help when it was most needed THANK YOU

The Villa was huge and just as described. The pool was bigger than expected. Perfect location. We had a fantastic holiday.

We had a lovely stay at the villa! It was in a brilliant location - really close to the beach and It was perfect for us, with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby so we didn’t have to drive if we didn’t want to. The villa was a lot bigger than we expected and David was great at answering our questions and Janet was lovely and informative on arrival! We’d recommend staying and the villa and look forward to returning!

Fantastic Villa in an ideal location for the beach. A little bit of a walk up hill to main bars and restaurants but not an issue. The place was spotless and well managed and the owner was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. Not that we had any issues to contact him. He was especially helpful in this Covid ravaged year. Thank you from us nad if he has we will be back next year.

going to start by praising the owner David for his great communication and understanding given the covid situation and a lot of last minute changes to our group, he really couldn't have been more helpful. The house is fantastic and provides everything as advertised and there are signs of constantly ongoing improvements when the property is compared to the pictures on line. The real Jewel is the pool - brilliant size for a private pool plenty of space for the 6 over-sized lilos we had and room others to still get in - we even rigged up a net for water volleyball 4 v 4 and half the pool was still empty! The beach is is only about a minute walk away and the area is so safe we happily let the kids (12 and older) have free reign between the beach and the pool as they wanted. Both the sea and the pool were just the right temperature when we were there but it was August and over 30 degrees. Had some great food both along the beach and up the hill in Cabo Riog, really big portions and very reasonable prices. Hard to comment on the area due to covid making everything very different to normal, but it seemed like a really nice area with something for everyone. Already booked again for next year, hopefully with out all the restrictions giving us an even better time - only been back home 3 days and counting the days till we return.

Cannot fault the place from start to finish. Communication from the owner was excellent from booking all the way through. Keyholder was also on hand if needed and was quick to respond to any enquiries. Villa is huge with lots of separate areas for sitting and lounging around. Large pool with plenty sunbeds and towels. Short walk along the sea front to Cabo Roig and even shorter walk to the beach. Cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Will definitely book again next time we are in the area golfing.

We just arrived back from 1 week in this lovely, spacious villa, perfect for our big family! Noumerus rooms and a lovely pool! The beach is just a minute walk away, a really lovely beach. The owner David is the best host you can have and we really had a "once in a lifetime - vacation", 8 grown-ups and 7 kids!

Lovely villa, lovely owner and staff. Only reason I’ve given a middle rating for location is the biblical storm that we had. The water was thigh high in our road and we lost water for 24 hrs because of burst pipes (I assume). The beach area was devastated and roads collapsed. Didn’t spoil things too much for us though. Mother Nature can be a b***h.

Just got back. Had a great holiday. Lots of space, absolutely fabulous location. Wonderful beach at the end of the road. Walked into Cabo Roig most evening's for dinner. Would recommend a trip to Villamartin, a 10 minute drive away. Would definitely go back!

This is an amazing villa with a great location. It has literally everything you would need from beach towels to pumps for the inflatables. 5 minutes away from the beach should you get bored with the swimming pool! Cosmetically there are a few things that would be an improvement and a little TLC as well - it’s just a bit tired that’s all, but excellent value for money! We all loved it !

Just returned from a week in the villa, overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool is lovely, the house is tired looking and the interior needs a bit of a tidy up, the previous visitors had left late which l am assuming was the reason the cleanliness was not up to scratch. A couple of the matresses need replacing as they were a bit thin. We arrived early but we were allowed to store our luggage at the villa until 3pm when we were allowed in, which was really good. The beach is just down the road and it is a lovely beach everything you need is in the villa.

As a family of 16, ageing from 2 -60 this was the perfect villa for us. 10 adults and 6 children. Plenty of space so we were not on top of each other. Master bedroom and en-suite was great. Bed was the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Very spacious and cool room with a small balcony/ terrace leading onto outside patio area. Kitchen extremely well equipped and big, everything we needed and more. Including washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. 2 fridge freezers and under counter fridge. All other bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us. 2 travel cots. Living room great. Not used much as so much space everywhere else. Dining room with extra large table and chairs. Upper terrace lovely at any time of day, as it gets the sun all day (Sun trap. My favourite place) Outside space.... huge!! Under terrace with seating and sofa (also toilet plus 2 shower rooms and utility room) leading up to patio area with built in bbq, tables and chairs. At least 9 sun beds (all in good condition) round the pool with plenty of room for us all to get around. Sun on pool all day with one shaded side. Pool big enough for all of us to be in at the same time. Out side shower. Not a lot of games/ dvds but cheap enough from shops €2 for dominos/ cards (probably been packed and taken home by mistake!) All in all amazing fantastic perfect villa. Great communication from David the owner. Answered any questions we had and also advised on transfers. El was waiting for us on arrival and was very helpful and informative. Beautiful Beach 2 min walk away. Consum supermarket up a steep hill, ok for a walk but at the height of the day a taxi is better about €5. There is a Pharmacy and then onto the strip with numerous bars/restaurants Opposite direction is another supermarket and tobacco shop, roughly same distance but not as hilly. Villa does have a couple of trolleys for use. We truly had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return again. A huge thankyou to David and El for letting us stay and make priceless memories that will last a lifetime 😃�

The proximity of the beautiful beach and very good restaurants made for a good holiday. The house is spacious and lends itself to 3 distinct groups. 14 of us were very comfortable Indeed. The pool was used but very cold on entry. Some wall mounted box kept beeping regularly and was disturbing - one up and one downstairs.

We were a mixed group of 14 golfers and this villa ticked all the boxes,we were not disappointed as the villa was large,spacious and had everything we needed. we played 3 golf courses which all were within a 15 minute drive and on the days off the girls went shopping at the huge La Zenia boulevard shopping centre while the lads just chilled out at the villa. David the owner was particularly helpful and arranged transport to and from the airport and golf courses which made our stay very easy ! We would all highly recommend this villa and are all looking forward to returning next year.

We spent 10 days at this villa from the end of July through August. As a large family of 14 it is difficult to find suitable villas to fit our needs. This review is honest in the hope of helping others select his villa. Prior to booking Dave and his wife were wonderful. They answered all of our questions and helped with recommendations of restaurants, transfers from the airport and supermarkets. Upon arrival we were greeted and there was a welcome pack to settle us in as we arrived on a Sunday. The villa is great for a large group of people. We had plenty of space to enjoy the holiday as a large group but also independently as our seperate families. There were rooms we didn’t use due to the size of the villa. The kitchen is very functional with enough plates, glasses and cutlery for everyone. There are two fridge freezers and an under counter fridge which was plenty when shopping for a large family. There are enough showers for everyone to not be underfoot and get ready all at once. The pool is superb, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s a great size with plenty of space for everyone and lots of random shaped lilos. The beach is really close and is a great day out. I’m terms of food and drink. The supermarket is about a 15 min walk and the first part is a hill. It can be difficult in the height of the day but there is a tourist train that can be picked up at the beach and taken up to the strip and the supermarket. Just past the supermarket is a strip with lots and lots of restaurants. Plenty of choice from grill houses to Italians, Indians and other restaurants. All of the restaurants and the employees were accommodating and very welcoming. Plenty of great food choices. Overall my family had a wonderful time. There were 14 of us ranging from age 3 to age 60. 8 adults and 6 children and we had a great time. I would definitely recommend and hope to return here again in the next couple of years. We had an amazing holiday at the villa. It was in a fantastic location, only a couple of minutes from the beach. The swimming pool was big enough for 9 adults. We didn’t need a car as you can walk to the supermarket and restaurants. The supermarket is up a steep hill but the villa had trolleys to use which was so helpful. El who looks after the house was helpful and it was a lovely touch that there was the food essentials and more waiting for us. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Lovely large villa with plenty of space. There was plenty of plates, cutlery, sun beds etc. Pool was great, had the sun all day, very large with easy steps to get in and out. Beach at end of the road and supermarket within walking distance. Our party of 6 adults and 5 children had a very enjoyable stay. Thanks very much 😀

Big plenty of place to chill. We were a family of 15 age from 9 months to 60ish. Great villa nothing to much trouble for Dave or El. Lots of spaces so you are not in top of each other. Pool great lots of time The there easy for beach. And shop. Few nice restaurant would use again R

this villa is beautiful and in a lovely quiet cul de sac only minutes walk from a gorgeous beach. there is plenty of room around the pool for 16 without feeling like sardines and the upper terrace is a lovely cool area to meet for drinks on an evening. its close to a couple of lovely restaurants at the nearby marina and the food is fantastic. El the housekeeper could not do enough and we had a lovely welcome pack waiting when we arrived. David is quick to answer and queries we had and really helpful with recommendations etc. we will be back

Wow! Wow! Wow! is how I describe this beautiful Villa. From the moment I walked in the place screamed 'The Holiday has Started', the detail of each room and décor has been nicely placed together, each room was immaculate and the beds were comfortable (well I received no complaints), the pictures really do not show the true beauty of the Villa. The out door area from the Kitchen was a great space to get together for breakfast/lunch/dinner/to drink/play games etc. especially when the weather was a bit showery, it gave you the joy of being outdoors but covered. However our favourite part was the Pool, we had so much fun playing games and chilling on the lilos, it was more than big enough for our party of 13. The area itself is in walking distance of two supermarkets, strip of bars, the beach, beach bars, marina, tobacco shop the list is endless, however if you don't like to walk taxis are available. Had a great few days at Beach Drive villa. The villa is very spacious clean and great facilities. Swimming pool was lovely with room to have 16 sunbeds around. Beach is 3 mins walk away with lovely restaurants about 10 mins away. We will be going back!

The villa was spacious with lots of different areas for people to be able to go and relax and more than big enough for the 13 of us with a lovely pool and plenty of loungers. The area is brilliant you have the beach at the end of the road, with some restaurants and beach bars within 5-10 mins walk. Then Cabo Raig is a 15 min either up a steep hill or the coastal path and it is a busy area with alot more restaurants, bars and shops. Perfect for everyone.

Absolutely gorgeous villa , we stayed here as a family of 16 age range 7 to 65 . This villa is massive and has everything you need down to towels for pool to trolleys you can take to the supermarket . Everything is so close , supermarket just up hill which is massive and is really good value(bottle of gin or vodka €4) wine at €2.75 😍 .The beach is literally on the doorstep with a lovely bar /restaurant . Lovely walk along the beach on a bridge walkway takes you to lovely restaurants and bars. Richard who met us at the villa is great I rang him to tell him we had arrived at 10pm and when we arrived we had water butter bread and even a few beers !! Also while we were there the electric went off , I text him and the response was instant 😊 . Fantastic pool which is slot bigger than I expected with sun all day , lovely outdoor seating area . We all had a Fantastic time and didn't want to come home .Thankyou

Lets get things straight from the start - this is an unbiased and honest review of the villa and amenities and no we are not looking for a refund. We stayed as a group of 14 (2 x 70's, 5 x 40/50s and 7 x 20's) For me It's a solid 3.5 - 4 probably a bit generous. But there is no facility to give half marks. Pro's The pool is a fantastic size for the amount of people staying. The location of the pool - it gets the sun all day. There are also areas around the pool that get shade in the late afternoon if you need it. A large Barbeque area - although we had to use some of the chairs from the dining room for the 14 in our party. Good sized rooms Great TV Freeview with all the English channels from back home - just for the hour you need out of the sun and a DVD player to entertain the kids. Location very close to a great beach and beach bar. Richard and Steph were great Con's Lack of air conditioning (yes it is advertised - but I hardly class fans as air conditioning, considering our fan was dirty and full of dust). After WE cleaned it, we received a little bit more benefit. Unfortunately, it didn't condition the air very much as the bedroom was like a sauna everytime we came to bed, and as such didn't get very much sleep during the holiday. The cleaning fee(250euro's) - my wife's side of the family are as passionate about cleaning as you will come across and they weren't happy. Cobwebs, crushed biscuits in one room and the dirty fan I mentioned earlier. We didn't see the value in the cleaning fee(I suspect it is more of a management fee than just purely a cleaning fee). Especially as the state that we left it - it only needed the beds making up and floors mopping. No change of towels or bedding were made available, we didn't fancy having to wash whilst we were away. Final Con the area outside the kitchen, the ceiling is very low. I lost count the amount of times I smacked my head coming out of the toilet in this area(I'm 6'3"). Also whilst navigating the steps from the barbeque area you have to duck to get under the ceiling - be careful, I slipped and ended up on my backside and it hurt. When I write a review I like to be positive and as such I would concur with the previous reviewers experiences. We had a great time. Finally one suggestion A welcome pack of the essentials water, milk, coffee tea and bread would have been a nice touch, especially as when you arrive you are generally still finding your bearings and their isn't a corner shop nearby.

We were a family of 16 which included 2 children and a 7 month old baby and not forgetting our pet dog Hector. We had such fun at this property and around the large swimming pool. Plenty of seating areas for everyone and sun beds. Kitchen well equipped with everything you would need. One thing that would have been helpful would have been a clothesline/airer. (Not a complaint but just a suggestion). Richard who met us and showed us around the property was very helpful. Thanks to David the owner for letting us stay at his property. Would recommend to anyone.

This is our 3rd visit to this gorgeous villa and it never fails to impress! Great location and lovely bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. 16 of us in this villa and always plenty of space for everyone. thanks again Dave! will be back next year for sure!

Had a lovely week at the Villa, great for a big group.

The villa we stayed in with 12 girls was well-mantained, clean, very well equiped (a lot of chairs and tabels, inside and outside as well), good beds, a cozy livingroom), we had a lot of space, and a big swimming pool outside with sunbeds to lay on. The manager was very friendly and helpfull. We would surely recommend this villa who wants to have a fantastic place to rent. The location is perfect, nice and quiet, and very close to one of the nicest beaches of Orihuela Costa. You can make a long walk from Campoamor to the beaches of Caba Roig and La Zenia or visit the harbour. The Consum supermarket is nearby, as well as the market on Thursday. Torrevieja, Lo Pagan and Pillar de Horadada are only 15 minutes drive. We already made a reservation for next year!

From the start of the enquiry to our return home we could not have been more impressed. David was fantastic in all communications and the villa was perfect for our stay of 9 mums on a long weekend break. We were gobsmacked at how big the villa was and overwhelmed by our welcome. We weren't expecting a welcome pack with the essentials including wine!!! The beach was perfect and only a 2 minute walk and we found a supermarket and plenty of places to eat and drink within a 15 minute walk.
